Outstanding as always guys. I bought a bottle of the Bonded Rye yesterday and I can say I'm glad I did. It was the first bottle of rye I've ever bought. I must have tried a few "not so good" rye's in the past and not many of my friends are rye drinkers so I'm a bourbon guy. However, this Bonded Rye has changed my mind on rye and it's an "entry level" bottle. I'll have to keep an eye open for the Twice Barrel as your nose & pallet descriptions were awesome. Thank you and keep up the great work!
Those shelves in the background are fricken awesome! One of the better done display shelves I've seen. Anyway, y'all can do a bourbon collection video?
Just got both bottles recently. The bonded is really good at the price. The Heritage is one of my favorites so far this year, well at least until I crack open my ECBP C923. Cheers
Last year's special release was really good. Unfortunately it came after Coy Hill and to be honest, it didn't matter what they would've released last year, it would've been perceived as a let down or falling short by a lot of people.
Have you had a chance to try the JD SiB BiB travelers exclusive(silver label)? I bought one at duty free in Mexico and my particular bottle is phenomenal. Disclaimer: I too, love Brown Forman.
Hey just a random curious question but are yall like old, school friends or family connected buddies? Just like knowing some history in people's channel.
Only had the Bonded Rye and for $30 it's fantastic! Lots going on with a decent finish, will always have on my shelf.

Picked up the JD Bonded Rye and for $40 it’s pretty solid. Will definitely pick up another down the road. Haven’t found the other bottle yet.
I love the flavors of the twice-barreled. It's probably in the top 5 of the year for me so far. I wouldn't suspect it was a rye at all in a blind.

Saw it today for $89 but passed. Was on the fench without tasting first. Already have the double barrel rye @132 proif.

Where do you rank this amongst other bonded/triple mash bottles?
Y’all tell me if the regular release Barrel strength JD Rye is better than both of these. I have a feeling it is.

They both have the exact same mash bill

Your area? Louisville? I'm in the Cherokee Triangle. Just moved here from The Westcoast don't hate me. 😅😅
Zach is in southern Indiana and I am in mount Washington just outside louisville
Kind of biased like the jack stuff got both bottles like the the bonded rye for the price. Have yet to try the twice barrel yet.
Triple Mash is still the best of the JD Bonded!😉🫡✌️
