Skeeter's story is a great example of circumstantial evidence. It's a decent thought from the assumption that he's guilty and makes sense, but it isn't the only reason someone may do that. It can be a subtle read sometimes but also be a dangerous assumption when applied frivolously.
Going off of hunches is smth I personally like to do when there's no concrete evidence and we're close to losing. I can get why it may be frustrating for some players to be found out when there's no real evidence like how loser reacted to Parax's "all or nothing gamble." But, hunches aren't completely illogical. They're alarms raised by your subconscious after processing information you may not be consciously aware of; which is why some people can't really explain the gut feeling. Of course, they're not completely logical either. The rest is filled with coincidence and luck which is probably how loser viewed the sudden suspicion and what most people tend to do. But if this explanation doesn't satisfy you, just know this is probably how Light felt with L breathing down his neck for no reason lol.
My opinion about just going off of a hunch depends. If you're just going off of "this person is good at Kira, so they should immediately get arrested just in case just because they haven't been cleared!" That's an obnoxious, silly reason to get rid of someone, but if you have your eyes deadset on one person, and you have no reason to really believe anyone else may have the notebook/let alone be even just a follower, then that's enough grounds to try and get one person out. Especially if a lot of the rest of the lobby is saying the same thing of where they want to get rid of that person just because "Well, who else could it be, or who's more likely to be Kira really?"
I was Kira this game. You honestly have that well said. My thoughts in game were the former half of your comment and I didn't wanna think it could be the latter. I'm definitely salty about it but I can at least accept it when put that way.
So for when Nikki died it was the second kill that round cause Luis had died, I couldnt have been killed after telling you. But yee L literally says "I have nothing on him just a hunch" and I still get arrested smh. ggs ig
I was so confused when Loser said G3 was following all night phase cause i was with G3 in classroom when an Npc died with me and him in the room. (Btw parax you should upload our first match when we knew it was you and you somehow still won)
