Oh you featured my update of Trig's Utility, thank you for that. However yow missed one of its most important features - the top hatch to allow asteroid/ground (lava planet) mining by hand whilst remaining in a safe O2 environment. Nice collection of early game equipment. +1 from me.
Thank you for updated this BP for A10, Trig was my favorite builder in A9. The single player Hoverhome was my most used vehicle, in fact, I probably spent more time using it than all other vehicles combined. It was a sad day when those BPs vanished from the workshop. I do hope Trig comes back some day.
Pear's base... at the bottom of the Antennas at the front are some small Solar panels... :P And... You keep mentioning getting Semi-Rares from the Moon... Sath and Neo are rarely on Stater planet Moons... yeah, Cobalt and Magnesium, as well as more Promethium and Pentaxid are up there... but it normally takes a Warp to get Sath and Neo, usually a SV warp... and then a CV length Warp to get Erestrum and Zascosium... in my experience... High amounts of Iron and Sathium on the Starter Planet can be found in all sorts of Salvageable wrecks, be it the ones near the Starter Spawn, or things like the Abandoned Landing Pad, or the Crashed Titan and things... Neo and some of the Rares can be found in those kinds of things too by salvaging Thrusters on them... again... from my experience... JRandall's Foundation XL could really do with some ramps for getting back on it when you take your experimental HV for a test drive... and his Wayfarer CV is missing the signature Radar... O.O ... although he has started to put doors on his toilets, which is a move in the right direction... ;o)
I started with a few downloaded blueprints before moving on to adapting them to my personal taste, even if it was just as simple as throwing a second harvester on top of the one already there because 2 vs a tree harvests quicker. Now I'm trying to avoid downloads, custom making my own blueprints. Working out well enough so far but it's not because I'm good at it, I'm really not, it's so I get the most out of the game. Appreciate the head's up though, your commentary gave me some ideas I can try out for myself and if I feel like intensifying my learning it's handy to have recommendations for a few builds that I can download and take apart, for tips on how to build better.
Plenty of good ideas there..nice collection. Im gonna be looking at the LCDs as soon as i can. A big platform is always essentisl for my creative saves.. I would need to add ramps for getting test builds on snd off ( well on anyway..off takes care of itself) it..or for survivsl if it was my main CV pad. Will take a look just for the texturing inspiration. The Mouse looks like fun..but i usr my UTE series which is similar in specs and function. Its a lovely drdign tho. I love the simplicity of that Savior base..neat 😎
Many of these are some of my go-tos. Others, I'm going to have to check out. The Foundation XL is required for me since our admin has not figured out how to turn off the requirement of spawning vessels on the base. It's the only way I can get CVs to spawn in (tastefully).
That foundation would be perfect for PVP base raid staging area. Some day I will have to take the crunchy cookie against your nightshade the 2 most overpowered SVs in empyrion Good vid cheers.

This may seem random, but would you be a fan of Star-made style turret capabilities being added to this game? In star-made You make your own turrets with turret like docking units. You'd dock 2 vessels and have proper turret axis. I do hope to be able to mod my own into the game at some point but this game could be really cool with it's own system like that

I'm noticing a lack of true starter vessel; a level one HV. They're are a great way to start immediately exploring the planet to pin down trading hubs, potential base locations, and promethium sources as soon as possible. I got one open-cockpit design that runs on two repulsers. She's made out of rocks an sticks, bakes in three and a half minutes, and gets half an hour of operating time off a jug of bio fuel. Pretty much obsoletes the bike right out of the box.
true, but theres not much to say on those ones, they typically all have 2 HV thruster things and all perform about the same and personally i never use them, i go straight for a more function HV around lvl5. But thats just my playstyle
Entirely valid. The Call to Discovery is irresistible to me, so I learned to get my hoverbike asap. Maybe play Born to be Wild while I rough out the map.
I love you reviews! Can you do a few basic tutorials on how you get these in the game? I just got this game and I can not find any good info about this game it's like pulling teeth :D
Thanks :D To get them in game, like everything on the workshop you need to subscribe to them, restart the game and then once you are in game, hit F2 to browse your blueprint library. In survival, you will need to add it to your factory and then contribute the required resources to spawn it in. In creative, you can spawn things in directly from the blueprint library, no need to go to factory. In either case, everything you need is in the F2 menu. Enjoy ;)
Spanj okay thank you so much for the information. I like this game a ton and I play SE as well and I find that both games are similar I just wish this game had pistons, rotors, and programmable blocks. SE has those but the paint system sucks compared to Empyrion...
I like The ICS 100 starter HV level 5 by Lord.Stonewyck . ICS 100 stand for Iron Copper Silicon and under 100 Ingots each...its a lot better than the Bike lol.
I need to place my builds on the workshop. Not starter by any means but do tell a story, like a book, or I'm trying to get to that point.....it's slow what with work and all.
i did some desings some time ago and some modifications of existing desings i believe the people will like it, but to make a video just to show them.. and i did those blueprints like a year ago, i dont even remember how i did them or the use
Do you know on server settings is it possible to change how many poi’s are about ? I have to travel really far just to find a poi and usually it’s just a faction base. That shoot me dead.
any recommendations for any 2 seated versions of anything that are cheap? My GF like to play co-op and many things are solo seats only. Also the Drill pup, can a player fit in the pack (rear compartment)?
You can have Gravity on Capital ships now, if thats what you mean? but not on SVs and you cant move HVs in space just yet either but have it on good authority that is coming in the next update ;)

No they don't since the new style of drills came in. There is a little trick of drilling out the ground below them you will get the stone or ore but I'm not sure you get the full amount.
a desing like the warfarer could take weeks to complete and to me it isnt even completed because the 1st floor its empty but i can understand the author, to much work
sorry i disagree with this video highly, your just showing off popular builds, ya sure they did a good job on them, but they already got there spotlight on top of the workshop, why dont you show work from less popular builders for once :/
Fair enough, This video is mostly targeted at new players, so wanted to get them some options that are well reviewed and tested and as I said, that i had mostly, personally used. I will try and diversify the selection in the next video

All good designs, even 3 years later. The Nightshade Mk V is still my favorite first warp equipped SV, and I keep using it all through a game.

quite right, I generally find all those mats in POIs or salvage rather than deposits on the moon.

Spanj is always looking for a shower. A proper CV build must include a decent shower, and be CPU compliant ;)
I just started a very hard run on project eden and a shower is a lifesaver.

Shame you ditched the looks of the Nightshade MkIV, if I were to get the MkV in then I would 100% adapt it to get the MkIV TIE sleekness back.
sure the MkIV was pretty but it also came with one hell of a price tag as a result, all those extra unnecessary blocks you see.
