You always treat people the way you want to be treated no matter what if this were me I would have left this rude man period.
I'm getting the idea that Rachel and Lisa were in on it together. Maybe she heard how Lawrence treated her friend and decided to get back at him by delaying his medication delivery. That Rachel will only give him the meds if he learns a little humility and stop mistreating Lisa for everything she's done for him.
I miss the alternate scenes Vid Chronicles did where they showed how the life of what the wrongdoers could've had if they made better life decisions. Instead of being mean to Lisa, Lawrence apologizes to her for his cruelty. He admits he's not used to relying on others to help him out because of his father expecting him to rely on himself. Lisa tells Lawrence she understands, but reassures him that it's fine to ask for help because it's part of being a better human being. He shouldn't try to do things on his own, especially on his bad knee. Lawrence tells Lisa that he appreciates everything she has done for him, even if he has never admitted this before due to stubbornness. He promises to give her a raise once he gets better and she graciously thanks him.

When he threw that water on me, I know it’s time to go, some people take their sickness out on the one whose trying to help them, that’s not right or fair, be careful how you treat others, you don’t know when you might need them.
No one is anyone’s slave and no one is better than anyone else, because at the end of the day we are all human and we deserve respect and to be treated as such. No one is beneath another and no matter what power they may hold, you hold your own power so don’t let anyone take that away from you. Never let anyone make you feel like crap and never let anyone tell you that you are useless because they don’t get to tell you what you are, you do.
