Only a guess but I'd reckon the front office, as soon as Bennett was off the table they should of had the next coach signed within a week or 2, poor leadership which is why ironically I think Lomax wanted out of the Dragons 😂
Can’t blame BA, he is not there! They have gone to shit after he left! O’Neill is the issue and should be moved on… he is the one that prolongs a lot of the deals. Unfortunately the front office has no idea and either need to move on or have a better advisors.
Eh they havent gone to shit after he left. These issues wouldve come up regardless. All these issues were festering under BA. Its not his fault though, its the front office's fault. He shouldn't be in charge of player contracts, salary caps and conditions - thats a recruitment job, thats a head of football job. From all accounts - he was heavily involved, if not in charge of its too big of a job these days to give to a head coach.
