Thank you!! 🥰 I was a Stylist for a long time to get my strips to switch out for my videos. They are the BEST on the market, and I’ve tried them all. I have 60 packs left that I hope haven’t gone bad though 🫣🥴. Are you a stylist?
I use museum gel. I bought a 4 oz. Jar from Amazon for about 16.00 Canadian. I have supplied all my friends and relatives with enough to do for a couple of years and still have over a half jar left which will do me for years to come. I put it in the tiny tiny jars with less than a 1/4 in depth, put my pen in , circle the pen and it seems to last forever before you fill your pen again
I love the mini black with floral single placer because it helps so much with my hand not hurting. I use that for single placement and have resin pens that holds multiple multi placer tips that are interchangeable. I'm so happy to see that you like the tik tac containers. That's what I use and love them!! I use the A4 light pad and I love that as well. You can adjust the brightness and I'm so glad I invested in it!! Those Amazon labels are great because they're really easy to remove to put a another one one after. I love using mod podge super brilliant glue to seal my paintings. It does clear and doesn't interfere with the sparkle of the drills too much
this is a very efficient and well done video for beginners of diamond painting, there is so much stuff out there now that it feels refreshing that it can be condensed the way you did. I know this is a year old but it still is great now.
Thanks for subbing! I so appreciate you watching my video, and I hope to be able to bring you more awesome content in the near future! ❤️ Be sure to join my Facebook group, where I have some fabulous members who love to share their paint by numbers and diamond painting projects…and also help each other with questions and feedback. It’s at Melanie B’s Creative Studio and the link should be in the description for you at melanieb.info. ☺️
Temu didn’t exist when I got mine…but I know they’re the manufacturers of most of the products we buy off Amazon. I could beat my own booty for paying more 😂!
😂 Thank you! I actually post my manis on my mini website too for those who wanna know what I’m using for my DIY manicures. (Who can afford to go have them done all the time? Well, I can’t I should say, so I do them myself. 😆)
For me for drill storage- I use my grandpa (who passed away) I use his month long pill organizer- and then my grandma (who also passed) I use her month long one for any numbers beyond 28- in total I can hold 56 & it’s just 2 trays of pill organizers that stack on top each other! Works awesome! :)
I’m so sorry for your loss, but I love that you found use of things you had around to repurpose…especially items of sentimental significance. ❤️❤️❤️ Wonderful idea!!
Omg I love this so far. Such neat tools and tricks. This was the kind of stuff I was looking for, the type of video I was looking for. I am doing my first diamond Dotz project and think I'm already addicted lmfao. It's pretty huge kit for starters. But the price was right. I love the process of kitting up too, but then I get anxious to start getting colors down 🤣. Shameless. Thanks for this video and showing what you like and don't and why not. Even the process of elimination with the pens was great. And also how I think thru things ...was thinking some of the same things about the pens, just by looking at them.
It is so easy to become addicted to this hobby very quickly! When I saw all the little sparkly colors of the drills, I was like, “You had me at hello!” 🤣 That was all it took for me, and 100++ kits later 🫣… the rest is history. There are so many great tools and accessories on the market, and it’s so hard to weed out the best ones when they continually come out with something new. I still standby my favorites in this video even now. There are very few additions to this list and it is February 2, 2024. If I do an update video, it will probably only include five items. I have a lot of diamond painting videos that may help keep you inspired. I hope you continue to enjoy this very relaxing hobby! ☺️
If your multiplacer tips are wiggly you can wrap some tape or washie tape around the part that slides into your pen nd tighten it up. And still be able to take them out
Since I started diamond ( I call them crystals) painting about 5 years ago, I have added tools to my kit. Tweezers, clips and dryer sheets. I use screw top bottles, about 2 inches tall, and I have a small piece of dryer sheet in each. This seems to keep the crystals from static sticking together.
Great tip! I use the unscented dryer sheets to wipe out my trays before I shake them and to place underneath them too. I think this video could have been 2 hours longer if I could have been live and remembered everything and had other DPers with great ideas offering more amazing tips. 😂
Regarding the blue resin pen with the metal tips, the metal tips may have 2 clear little rubber bands/washers on them so just check to see if they're on there or not and see if that makes a difference.
You will love it! I get into such a “Zen“ mode when I’m diamond painting, which is the entire reason that I started it to begin with and is probably why you are doing it too. 🧘🏻♀️
This was a long video but thank you so much!!!! This was exactly what I was looking for! I purchased my first diamond painting on a whim from Temu, my son is a Rick and Morty fan so the Rick Buddah was too cute for $3! I ordered a cheap set of tools off shein, and I started it today. I already know I'm hooked! I LOVED getting "kitted up" and the zen of dotting the drills on was hypnotic. My brain is a worrier and this had my brain empty and blissfully saying 4, 4, 4, 4, 😆 🤣 😂 but I love collecting fun tools for my crafts. So I immediately came to RUclips to search out a video like yours! Thank you for the info, the ideas, and the links. I admit I usually go to my watercolor for my zen, but sometimes my brain starts fussing that is not good enough, or I can't come up with what to paint. This is grueling a full zen moment when it's no skill just repetitive bliss and a silent brain. I highly recommend, and obviously you do too! Thanks again!
@staceydailey6394 Same, same, same!! I worry about everything, and diamond painting allowed me to get totally “zen” {along with watercolor painting & a million other kinds of hobbies like it}, but I feel you! I’m so happy you found this informative. 🥰❤️
Just watched your channel for the first time. Very helpful! I am doing my first painting now. I did buy a storage unit. Mine it in a case with the round screw on bottles. Works great! So far I am enjoying it.
Yes! There are so many great options! Once you find a storage system you like, you’ll tend to stick with that one. I’ve now started to convert to all of the Elizabeth Ward system, because I have the cabinets to store them in. They are expensive, but I need a more organized way to store my huge collection. The screw-off ones you have are sure to keep your drills in safe and won’t spill!
thank you for this video. You did a great job. I am sooooo glad you have a link to the diamond painting tray storage rack. I saw one in use and have longed for one ever since. Now I can buy it.
I love your ring. I've been diamond 💎 painting almost 2 years and love it. My biggest problem is I guess I lean over a lot because my back and neck start to hurt, I find I have to take breaks and rest my back.
Thank you re: my ring! 🥰 I’m like you about the neck and back issues. I use the WOKA lap desk I did a review on last year and put my light pad on top when I’m sitting on my bed or in a comfy chair. I can tilt it at an angle, and it seems to help. I feel like my neck & back will always be screwed up from looking down at painting, editing videos or diamond painting, so I’m giving up on being pain-free and just enjoying the creative process…and reminding myself to look up or get up and move around. Sometimes it’s torture to be in the zone though & not wanna move! 😂
I have a hubby who works in wood. He has made me an angled board that is 4 inches at the back, down to zero at the front with a 1 inch lip. Saves my back! I put felt feet on the bottom at the back, so it doesn't scratch my desk.
those ones with the caps and the gems in the handles i find useful for squares. i use metal tips in my resin pens for rounds but i find that since the nibs are thicker with the metal, its harder to place squares accurately with them, close enough together. lately i pulled out one of the gem filled ones and my square placement has improved immensely. i find them irritating for other reasons, but im glad i kept them around because the squares were annoying me sooo much with my normal pens
Oh no! Well, I definitely recommend using whatever makes it easier for you personally. Everyone finds their best way. I hope you discover what is making you shake 😞.
Found you under suggestions, I am new to this art and love it. I have watched a few folks, but you are very clear and concise. I do lives in which I do this and casually teach beginners. Love your mention of cats lol
I will have to go back and look at this video to see which one it is and where I got it. Many times I receive free products from companies when they want me to test their items. It very possibly came from FGNormal or NewCraftDay. I hope you find it!
Since this video was about four years past due on the date of publication, commenting even 5 months later can't hurt, can it? :-) Since it covers a lot of time, it will also be a little longish, lol! When I started out with diamond painting, I find only very little RUclips advice - lots of unboxings, but no real tricks of the trade. I had chosen a 62x50 project for my first and it was very slow going. I was actually trying to do row by row with all the colour changes that would occur, would you believe it?!? But I loved it nevertheless, though it took me ages to finish! It is great that people like you offer such sound advice for both newbies and intermediate drillers! Can I just say that from my point of view, not using a favourite pen all the time is one of the best methods to defeat fatigue/strain symptoms. It’s like shoes - don’t go wearing the same pair every day. I find that even the flimsy but very light come-alongs are fine if they have a foam grip. I also like the pens with an LED light - one was thrown out of your selection early on (a Kawayi-Style Cutie), this is very light but you can’t replace the battery, so I agree with you. I also have a heavy metal one - mainly heavy because of the batteries - with is still amazingly comfy to work with. But that’s pre-2022. Why a pen with a light - you didn’t touch on that: I work with a light table, so discerning diamonds facing the right way from those that aren’t is lost in the glare with dark colours. I’ve had a variety of multi-placers come with kits, I am only ever using the white ones with the narrower gap. I only use them for round drills though. I will look into your recommendations to maybe find something for square drills, too! I mostly agree with you on the trays/boats. The large rectangular one with the pen holder is by far the worst in my view, because there’s no ridge-free area you can tap your remaining diamonds into for disposal via a corner. I just really wish those large trays were a little less deep, not deeper! For colours with few placements, I often switch to a small funnel tray because I’m tired of the hight ridge. Same as above, changing reduces stress. Absolutely love, love, love the large unit! I have the smaller one you showed and it’s great, especially since it take all my favourite pens, my scissors and tweezers. But that one - wow! Thanks for pointing it out. For storage, I started out with those towers of round boxes screwed together - I think they were originally for dispensing meds, just like the small 4-sets you used. People. Don’t compromise - it’s fine for your first project to use any small boxes you have lying about but stay away from baggies and get sensible storage as soon as you admit to being hooked! For me this means - Tic tacs for permanent storage, the suitcase style with round jars for ongoing projects. But of course people can take it one tier up with your recommendations. So once again, thx for all the work you did reviewing the tools! Best, Steffi
hello - with your tray problem of them poping open in transport or starage , put towel inside the case to push the little containers flat against the top so they cant open , even if they do slip , a simple wash cloth may be thick enough , or a couple if they have that much roo m , this will save you from a 5 hour nightmare cleanup
Great video. I love the tic-tac-style containers. I have a case of 64 and they are great! I also have a case of the 60, round containers which are good too. Both I use for large projects. Sometimes I have a small project and use the baggies however it can be a hassle to open and close them so I will soon be getting the grid containers for smaller projects.
I realized I am a storage/organizer collector. 😂🤷🏻♀️ I think I’ve tried so many different types, but I do have to say that the TicTac containers are probably the most versatile, because you can switch them in and out of other types of storage methods. I love those darn things!
The last dp storge the one you call the Cadillac , how I open mine is hold the back part down with your finger and the Lach will lift easier. They are my favorite favorite storge
I think I showed my A2 light pad, because it is the most FABULOUS tool! {I hope I showed that..? 🤔🥴} Great idea for storage! There are so many ideas out there…it is difficult to put them all in a video that isn’t 2 hours long 😂.
DO you have the link for the diamond painting tray storage unit? The links followed don't lead to one with the trays (bigger trays). Yeah, wow; what we know now compared to what we knew and what was (or wasn't??) available when we started, huh? Thanks for showing! Happy DPing!!!!
If you use the MelanieB info link, there are actually two separate Amazon store lists, because I had so many products to share that I separated them into two different lists. I’ll go in and add the links for those in the description, as well, so you can easily find them, but they will always be in that main info page if you never need to find my video shopping links for quick reference. ☺️
I didn’t realize I had put that info in the description already until I went to add it. 😂 So I edited it to show that the first link that says “Darice Elizabeth Ward Bead Tray Storage” is the one you’re looking for…because all of a sudden, they all say “Darice”. I’m not sure that’s the storage system you’re talking about, but let me know if it’s something else. I also have the storage cube listed, which is the Best Craft Organizer, and I’ll be showing that when I do that video for the kitting up the DP-Deutschland large kit video that I just launched yesterday.
Everything I talked about is in my shopping lists on Amazon in the description below the video to make it really easy to find. I also put those lists on my melanieb.info website, but I do see both cases I had added are currently unavailable. 🫣 I shopped this morning and added another option to my list, so I hope that helps! It took a while to find one that had the tic-tac containers and not round ones. I don’t think YT will let me add that link here in the comments, but I will add the direct link in the description under the video for you, so that you can find it quickly. The item is also now added to my Amazon shopping list too, which are also in the description. ☺️
Best video ever!!! You covered everything! I especially loved the pen recommendations and I seriously loved the sticky mat tip because I am constantly smacking my tray all over. Thank you so much for the details!! ❤️❤️
I don’t…and now it’s 2024. 🫣 So many of these products are still standing strong today, but I’ll try to add some updated items for this year when I can!
Loved the video...cant wait to watch more...did wonder why you didn't mention glue dots in the wax section...anyway going to watch your older videos now....
Ohhh, good one! I left out so many things after I finished that I almost have a new list. 😂 I was telling my Facebook group members that this video was almost 2 hours long originally, took 8-9 hours to edit and still ended up being 45 minutes long. I left out long-term storage for leftover drills and many more items. But glue dots 🤦🏻♀️…!
i have all those trays i dont like the tray with the hole i alwayls loos my drills i like to use those little green ones but one problem with those they tip way to easy i like the one stopper the best
The stopper is handy…I can shake mine so hard I shake them out the top. I found some since I did this video that have lids, so I can shake the heck out of them and not shake them out the top. 😂
I have tried them (forgot to mention those), but I do not like them, because I like a smaller point. You can use a warm lightbulb to heat the point and reshape it…that’s what I have always done with my eyeliner pencils when I didn’t have a sharpener. 😂 You might could also try a crayon sharpener, because that won’t damage wax. ☺️
@@MelanieBsCreativeStudio oh I never thought of that. Yes I don't like the large tip. You can't see where you're placing the drills. I've gone back to my pen.
The quick stick I always put a toddlers little soft hair band around that open space of the quick tip and the handle where the thread are and that absolutely makes a huge difference and is so much more comfortable when drilling with it!!
Oh 🤦🏻♀️😂, that was me doing lip color swatches for some new all-day lippies I had just gotten. It had “all-day staying power” alright!! It wouldn’t come off for the video 🤦🏻♀️🥴.
I never used the tiny bag method of storage. My fingers have arthritis and I knew those bags were a cursefest in the making. I tried the rounded squares that are connected, but it felt like I was not only constantly having to pry them open, but they were falling over and dumping sometimes three colors together. So right now, it's the tic tac box style for me: easy open and shut, without much to dump out. Do you have a video about drill pens? I believe I want to move to the steel tips, but I don't want a lot of multiplacers that I don't use. Thanks!
That sounds like a great idea for a video! I like to rock mine slightly from front to back when I place them. So basically once I pick up the drills, when I go to set them down, I place the first one on the spot I want it to go while I’m tilting my pen back slightly, and then I gently rock it forward to place the rest onto their spots. I know that may not be easy to visualize, but it’s how I can beat describe it. 🥴
i couild never get the wax on those pens and yes i always did take that plastic so i just use my tweezers ive tried every pen and non of them picked up the wax ive been dp for three years when i was going through medical issues
Tweezers are my go-to for placement of square drills, but I cannot get it right for round drills without launching them across the room. 😂 I’m sorry about your medical condition, but I have found that doing this kind of “art work” seems to be the best therapy for getting us through those kinds of difficult situations.
Newbie subscriber I have been diamond painting for years now but I found your channel and totally enjoyed this video so had to sub. I tend to use the cheaper version of the Elizabeth Ward containers which I have tons of. I would love to try your putty but the postage I would have to pay is £25 for one can which is very expensive, I also have an A2 light pad.
This looks awesome. But maybe later. I've been watching all pbn videos. Waiting for my first. I'll work on one new thing or one addiction at a time! Thank you for teaching these crafts. I subscribed immediately!
New sub here.... I ordered your Divah Dough and Omgosh!!! I am hooked on it... I absolutely L❤️VE IT!!!! I will definitely be ordering more.... I was wondering do you change the scents for the ones in the pots? ❤️
I have the metal tools I use the 4 and 5 placers and the single placer.. I bent the straightener…oops..good thing I have 9 million plastic straighteners given with kits.
Sorry but I'm sat here like... what?? Them skinny pens?? I'm a large handed person so I have a bunch of thicker pens preferably thicker than the DAC pen 😂 but I started with the skinny tool kit ones, then went on amazon bought some skinny acrylic or resin pens, they were nice then I noticed my hand still cramped so I found out even these were too skinny 🙈😂 personal preference is important with pens haha
Actually and I know this is an older vid, and Ive seen it before, but I have to disagree with the pens. Ive been diamond painting for several years, I started out with smaller pens figuring it would be better for my small fat hands. That Ive found was not the case. Ive also found of course that everyone is different in what they like in regards to size and shape and type. Anyway. nice video.
You are so right…if you ask 20 people what their favorite pen is, you’ll get 20 answers. I tend to lean towards tweezers now for square drill placement, because I learned how to be super efficient with them since this video. It’s all definitely a personal decision. ☺️
Thank you! I love doing my own nails, because it is just another creative outlet. 💕 I see your profile picture is of your nails. Do you have a channel that I need to see?
You’re right! I have them, I tried them, and I didn’t like them, because they were difficult to keep a nice tip on and would release the drills. That was before they came out with the newer versions of those, so I may need to get them another go. As I mentioned to someone else in the comments, this video could have gone on for hours if I had talked about every option on the market…there are so many great choices. I just opted for the ones I liked best and have used most in my 6 years of diamond painting. It is hard to narrow it down though.
Why would you be rubbing the callus if you are supposed to hold the pens upright ? Makes no sense and also yes, you can get "cute" pens because it will make you want to diamond paint and it makes it a more fun activity. Diamond painting is not an all serious process/activity.
Your color street nails are FIRE!!!!!
Thank you!! 🥰 I was a Stylist for a long time to get my strips to switch out for my videos. They are the BEST on the market, and I’ve tried them all. I have 60 packs left that I hope haven’t gone bad though 🫣🥴. Are you a stylist?

Thank you for all the tips. Your explanations are great. You speak diamond language very well! Lol.
Thank you! 😂 I’ve been a “fluent” diamond painter since around 2017, so I may finally be getting better at speaking the language 🤣.
I got my blue drill pen, almost identical to your, with rainbow metal pieces from. Temu. The one I have, the ends screw in. Best thing ever!
Temu didn’t exist when I got mine…but I know they’re the manufacturers of most of the products we buy off Amazon. I could beat my own booty for paying more 😂!
Wow this was so helpful!,, I have prolly done diamonds for at least 3 or 4 years and I have noticed the wax problem but had noooo idea what to use!
Same. I didn't realize it was a bad thing. Haa
Off topic but I love your nails!
😂 Thank you! I actually post my manis on my mini website too for those who wanna know what I’m using for my DIY manicures. (Who can afford to go have them done all the time? Well, I can’t I should say, so I do them myself. 😆)

I want to thank you so much for your help video. I follow your advice I couldn't be happier with all my tools that you recommend ❤
That’s wonderful feedback to have!! 🥰❤️
I love your tips… thank you.. I personally love single placement pens only because I paint for relaxation and I do the checkerboard pattern.
Just started this new obsession! 😂 and came across your video and it was so helpful! New sub here and thank tou❤
Thank you for subscribing! I hope to bring more valuable content soon ❤️.

Your nails are so cute!!
On the small 4 connect container use pliers and pull the tab that closes it a little bit.
When I have wiggly tip I just wrap a little blue tack around it
Great tip! Thank you!
Thank you so much for creating this video. Very useful !!!!
If your multiplacer tips are wiggly you can wrap some tape or washie tape around the part that slides into your pen nd tighten it up. And still be able to take them out
Great idea! I think the little spacer that was originally in that resin pen fell out, because the tips seem to fit the other end.

Love that! I have never noticed those in my package. That’s good to know…thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much! Very helpful!
I will be building my kit based off of your suggestions. I'm so excited to start this new hobby.

Thanks for the video. I have a Kit coming in and I learned a lot thank you so much. From Houston Tx
I hope you have had fun with your diamond painting kit!!
ive got about 7 or 8 of those suit case
Great video thank you for all the information! Checking out your shopping list. 🌼

I put felt feet on the bottom at the back, so it doesn't scratch my desk.
those ones with the caps and the gems in the handles i find useful for squares. i use metal tips in my resin pens for rounds but i find that since the nibs are thicker with the metal, its harder to place squares accurately with them, close enough together. lately i pulled out one of the gem filled ones and my square placement has improved immensely. i find them irritating for other reasons, but im glad i kept them around because the squares were annoying me sooo much with my normal pens
the baggies are my favorites i hated those pill boxes ones they opened to easy when dropped and my hands have been shaking a lot lately
Oh no! Well, I definitely recommend using whatever makes it easier for you personally. Everyone finds their best way. I hope you discover what is making you shake 😞.
Awesome video x
Very good information thank you ❤
Thank you for watching!! ❤️🥰
Found you under suggestions, I am new to this art and love it. I have watched a few folks, but you are very clear and concise. I do lives in which I do this and casually teach beginners. Love your mention of cats lol
I would love to know where that placer with the pompom on top is from. I much prefer single placers to multiplayers!
I will have to go back and look at this video to see which one it is and where I got it. Many times I receive free products from companies when they want me to test their items. It very possibly came from FGNormal or NewCraftDay. I hope you find it!
thank you
You're welcome!
I’ve tried several purchased pens, I prefer to use the ones that come with the kits.
Since this video was about four years past due on the date of publication, commenting even 5 months later can't hurt, can it? :-)
Since it covers a lot of time, it will also be a little longish, lol!
Thank you!! ❤
I think I showed my A2 light pad, because it is the most FABULOUS tool! {I hope I showed that..? 🤔🥴}
Great idea for storage! There are so many ideas out there…it is difficult to put them all in a video that isn’t 2 hours long 😂.
This pink kit is so cute I love it any where I can. Get it in the uk
Can you tell me where to purchase the black zip up container with tic tac like storage containers. Thank you!
Everything I talked about is in my shopping lists on Amazon in the description below the video to make it really easy to find. I also put those lists on my melanieb.info website, but I do see both cases I had added are currently unavailable. 🫣
I shopped this morning and added another option to my list, so I hope that helps! It took a while to find one that had the tic-tac containers and not round ones.
I don’t think YT will let me add that link here in the comments, but I will add the direct link in the description under the video for you, so that you can find it quickly. The item is also now added to my Amazon shopping list too, which are also in the description. ☺️
Ziplocjed baggies that comes with the kits seems to suck it leaked in my bookbag so nearly a pack of drills loose in bookbag i hope i didnt loose any
Oh no! I guess if they didn’t get properly zipped, they would definitely “suck it”! 😂🫣
Best video ever!!! You covered everything! I especially loved the pen recommendations and I seriously loved the sticky mat tip because I am constantly smacking my tray all over. Thank you so much for the details!! ❤️❤️
I love love love kitting up! But I hate the finishing up stage of a painting. I'm find with kitting down tho!
My first time I selected acrylic coasters with a pattern. How does the diamond stick to it?
I spy Color Street on the nails! ❤
Yesss! I’m a stylist because they’re so fab!
Do you have an updated list for 2023?
I don’t…and now it’s 2024. 🫣 So many of these products are still standing strong today, but I’ll try to add some updated items for this year when I can!
You can get the mermaid ones that the tail comes off for multi placer
Have you tried the wax pencils? Theyre literally a pencil with wax instead of pencil "lead".
I like them but cant figure out how to sharpen them.
The containers with 24 small screw on lids can now be purchased at Walmart. Just letting people know and I think they are around $ 10.00
Great video! But I have to ask, what did you do to your left hand? Looks sore ❤
Oh 🤦🏻♀️😂, that was me doing lip color swatches for some new all-day lippies I had just gotten. It had “all-day staying power” alright!! It wouldn’t come off for the video 🤦🏻♀️🥴.
@@MelanieBsCreativeStudio haha! Well it's good to hear it was only lipstick! 😊
I have the same pen from amazon that has become wiggly- I was looking for someone to address this issue. This vid is super helpful - thanks:)
Thanks!
Does the 34 tray thing could flat as need it to do so for me
I have a dumb question. When using the 3 drill tip, why does the middle drill stay stuck to the tip?
What is the best method on how to use multiplacers.
Oh, and personally, I only use a 3-placer most the time, because they are easier to control the placement.
@@MelanieBsCreativeStudiothank you so much
Great ideas
I cannot find the stackable interlocking drawers. What is the brand?
Doesn't metal tips have rubber bands? I got a metal one and it had 2 rubber bands (gasket) for each one.
The one I received didn’t, so I’m not sure if they all do. That would make the difference though, wouldn’t it? 😲
I’ve been using the Elizabeth Ward trays and I’ve been getting them at Joann’s and use my 40 or 50% off coupons from their flyers.
i couild never get the wax on those pens and yes i always did take that plastic so i just use my tweezers ive tried every pen and non of them picked up the wax ive been dp for three years when i was going through medical issues
Tweezers are my go-to for placement of square drills, but I cannot get it right for round drills without launching them across the room. 😂 I’m sorry about your medical condition, but I have found that doing this kind of “art work” seems to be the best therapy for getting us through those kinds of difficult situations.
LOVE your video. Lots of great examples. You mention the Diamond Art Club Labels (at 30:55) labels. Where can those be purchased?
it is included when u buy a diamond art club design
How could I forget the like button? 😢
Please don’t forget the like button 😬🥰❤️. I always appreciate the love!
I heard that you can put washi tape to make them fit better.
Over the base.
Try to open the tictac boxes with the upper side of a metal tweezer instead of your nice finger nails 😘
Anyway. nice video.
oh one other thing, Ii actually like single placing, after what 3 or 4 years of doing this I still am not that good with multiplacer.
You are so right…if you ask 20 people what their favorite pen is, you’ll get 20 answers. I tend to lean towards tweezers now for square drill placement, because I learned how to be super efficient with them since this video. It’s all definitely a personal decision. ☺️
nice nails
Thank you! I love doing my own nails, because it is just another creative outlet. 💕 I see your profile picture is of your nails. Do you have a channel that I need to see?
Wrap some washi tape ovet thr nase of yhe milti placr and it will dtp teistinh.
You forgot about wax pencils
