    The discussion on the Mandukya Upanishad continues where Sri M answers questions on the teachings from the Upanishad. He answers questions like -"Are Om and Brahman the same? If Atman and Brahman are the same is Om the Atman?" "What is the relationship between Om, Brahman and Atman?"
    Sri M says, "According to the Upanishad there is no difference between Om, Brahman and Atman. There is one difference though, which is that, Om is something you can grasp and it takes you to the ungraspable 'OM' which is the Brahman...."
    This satsang - 'Mandukya Upanishad with Sunaad', took place at a Satsangi's residence, in November 2016

    🙏🏻💐Pranams to Sri M💐🙏🏻Today the talk was about the Primordial sound of “AUM🕉”. Daily, in Meditation, I practice 108📿 Times the 🕉Pranava with Sir on RUclips.
    Sir said today that, “AUM🕉 is the connection point between our mind and that which is absolute silence.” I know this to be true. I feel such peace as I chant AUM 🕉with my Mala Beads📿. Also, I chant “Om Mani Padme Hum” because it was one of my late Father/ 👨‍🏫 Gurus favorite Mantras. It’s one of my favorites as well!
    Moreover, it’s intriguing to think that the Sufis use “Who” instead of “Aum🕉”. “Who am I?” is a basic question we all ask ourselves at least once in our lives. No wonder the Sufis might consider “WHO” as a great Mantra!
    Finally, Sir talked about Atman being Brahman. “You consider the Atman as separate, but as the mind gets purified 💦& purified💧 ...The separation vanishes & there is only Brahman.” Therefore, we are not separate from God/dess. We are indeed one ☝🏻. The sound of “AUM” is the sound of Brahman ringing in the Primordial Ears 👂🏻 of everyone who is wise enough to listen.🌷

    He is one of the most inspiring people on the earth at the moment! I wish he had a team like behind Sadhguru to make his message available more widely available on the earth. My biggest wish is that some day he initiates me to Kriya Yoga in person.

    :-D "...rishis searched for many years..." so good :-D
    well, I found it at the age of 12 in the bathtub, first it was of course the resonance with the bathroom, but than I smartass went searching for the resonance with my self only, without bathroom. I first tried it in the woods, literally, and than in my bosses "muted" music studio. what I found was like "hwm" :-) used it long time just for fun :-|

    Sir.. when am in deep meditation.. I feel pointed pressure at the center between my eyebrows... Why it's happening.. can u tell

    • @jannetquirk3177
      @jannetquirk3177 4 года назад +3

      That is your 6th Chakra and the “Gate” to your higher awareness. When focusing on the Ajna Chakra pressure might be felt. It is also the location of the Pineal Gland; which is often said to be where spiritual experiences stem. That is why so many meditation 🧘‍♀️ practices focus on the “Third 👁 Eye”: to awaken the Pineal Gland & experience God/dess more fully! Hope my answer help you!

      Mantu Mantu the consequences are that you feel more inner peace ☮️ and more alive in every moment that you live. Separateness becomes less in your life. You realize yourself as part of Creation.
      Essentially, you are one ☝🏻 with the Cosmos & with yourself fully. As K.Pattabhi Jois said, “Practice and all is coming!”.

      Mantu Mantu usually once in the Morning for about an hour. Sometimes a second time in the afternoon or evening. I think 🤔 it’s really the attention you put into it rather than the time. 😀
