@HansErikOlovsson With "injecting primary current" we have to point out that in our video we refer to high current injection (Nominal Primary Current) measurement. The statement that it is difficult or impossible to measure these kind of CTs refers to some application where it is simply not possible to get access to the primary side to test with the high current injection measurement principle. For other application it is rather difficult and extreme costly but of course possible.

We would be interested in how others test CT's where access to primary terminal is not possible?
