So i ordered a set for my 2011 m37x a while ago i would say 8 months ago haven't used it yet and ended up going with a sq set up morle 6x9 component set with audiocontrol d-4.800 amps i think i need the sq rca set up in this video it it will work with the regular set up i got from you
So i could use this to replace my bose rear subwoofers ? Looking to replace it with 2 12s and a stronger amp. So this would technically go from the factory amp connector to my other amp that powers the subs or it’s not doable like that ?
Yeah, this will let you add a stronger amp to power 2 12s. Depending on your vehicle, the harness adapter will plug into the factory amp connector or the factory subwoofer connector. It's an easy pro upgrade.
What is this wire setup called or where could I find one ? Also looking to get the power and ground connection with it. For an 08 fx35. And what's the difference between the redline and the other kind ? Platinum?
This is the harness adapter to "Add a Subwoofer Amp". You can see the standard ones for your 08 FX35 here: www.owc-upgrades.com/product-page/fx35-fx45-2003-2008-audio-interface-harness-adapters-platinum-series If you want to add the power & ground connection, then please contact me via email to discuss. Keep in mind that's only suitable for sub amplifiers that draw about 180watts RMS or less. Otherwise, if you plan to go beyond that, I'd suggest running an all-new power/ground wire capable of supporting your upgrade. The difference between the Red Line and Platinum Series is the Platinum is designed and built to be a high-end no compromise solution, whereas the Red Line is a nice more budget friendly alternative. Hope that helps.

Thank you as well. Assuming you have the factory Bose system, you can add a mono amp and sub to your 2020 370z with the harness adapter at the link below. Thanks for the quick response. I would like to go low level and cancel out the stock Bose spare tire sub, similar to what you did above. I wwwill use an after market single channel Alpine mono sub amp, (Alpine S-A60M Mono Digital Subwoofer Amplifier - 600 Watts x 1 @ 2-Ohms), and a Kicker 12" sub, (Kicker 48TRTP122 Sealed downward-firing enclosure with CompRT 12" shallow-mount subwoofer and passive radiator), compact box. I still want the bose amp to power the front and door speakers, but will need to use your custom harnesses to tap into the existing factory wiring, thus going low level for the non-factory amp and sub.. Thanks again in advance for your help. Your recommendations are greatly appreciated. @@owcupgrades6272

Yes, you can get the power & ground wire built into the interface as well. But I'd only suggest that for low powered applications that consume a total of about 180watts RMS or less. Otherwise, you'll want to run the main power & ground separately.
