Thank you for this video. I have this placement as my Jupiter in astrology, it’s my Pearl in Gene Keys, and I have the completed 19-49 channel in HD.
Funny enough, I was born with an identical twin, so I’ve never been alone at any stage of my life. Not even before birth! And I think the biggest weakness in that is that I’ve always struggled with being alone, just because I’ve never been alone. But with that comes my biggest strength, and that’s a true level of empathy and investment with others. I like to describe my sensitivity to others and the world as my superpower, and I feel the biggest part of why I can enjoy my connection with others is because I’m able to better be there for those I love, because I can see into their soul and truly care for them.
I can physically feel people’s physical and emotional pain just through my sense of touch, and I’ve had accidental experiences with my now husband where I’ve healed his physical pains through my hands (it reminds me of accidental reiki). Im not sure if this gate is the source of this healing ability, but it’s the placement I have that makes the most sense to me.
My twin who also has this placement became a therapist, whereas I want to become a spiritual healer of sorts.
But I’ve suffered so hard from this sensitivity, giving to those who don’t deserve my energy, or who take advantage of it. I’ve also mistaken other’s pain for my own, and it’s taken me a long time to separate myself and my own needs, from the needs of others.
But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I want to become a healer of sorts one day, or at the very least use my tuned-in sensitivity to change the world for the better, in whatever ways I can.
Woah this is wild. This is my vocation sphere. I'm 33, haven't eaten animals since I was 11 and have always been so sensitive. I definitely struggle with the shadow of wanting to isolate myself and not rely on others. Thanks for your view on this, it's helped a lot.
So... Being sensitive to the pain of my past-codependency and to the power of my now-independence is the foundation for my future/now-interdependence with everything/everyone. Love it. (Jupiter in the 19)

Hi, you rock. I have Sun in 7th house in aquarius, 19.5 gate, full 19/49 channel. When I recently discovered gene keys and Rud's teachings, I was deeply moved by explanations, even melancholic as I felt this path as an unwanted burden in this life. It also often caused blockages/delays to fully explore my other gifts. Now you told the story in a more optimistic way, made it clear and even attractive. I was always super sensitive and well connected with animals ( feel their needs, "talk" with them) and vegetation, had astral journeys in my sleep and near death experiences twice before my 16th bd, I can sense and recognize pain in others. When I learned the word love it was only all right for me to understand it is unconditional, agape type. I was totally confused that other people say love for tons of different feelings- passion, eros, attractions, wanting, liking and so on. Afterwards, in my 20ies I had to go back at the bottom of co-dependency awareness and slowly on the whole path...whenever I was to sense and fulfill my needs first, strange things happened arround me, quite often somebody dear died and I felt guilty. After Saturn and Chiron return, it seems as I am succesfully healing myself but I still feel like missing my purpose. This GK tells me that all that I live now already is my purpose - mother pelican - but it is sad. Btw, how can I lerna about the totem animals you are describing in this series? Is this your original insight or you so cleverly integrated some ancient knowledge? Oh, again, I truly admire your work, message and style. Want to hear more news on Salamandra project. ( for years I used "salamandra**" as my passwd and thought of this creature as my helper; in so many details you have touched my sensitive points). Love.

I realy strugls with all the feelings… balancing them out. And it just makes me sad to feel so much more than anyone I know… I feel so lonley not being able to share with anyone, because they just can not understand it… evan my mom whom feels and sees energies, cant relate to the intensity of what i feel… not the dept of pain, nor the hights of joy…
I have great friends and I can feel how everything is conectet, still feeling realy lonley most of the time…
This is in my Attraction and I always self-scarified for people who just took and took, continuously let me down, and I didn't appreciate enough the people who never wanted anything other than just a connection with me. From all this, I learned to only depend on myself because I am either let down or I let others down.

The magical and material realms fuse! Ahhhh ✨ It’s my unconscious venus too, also my conscious North Node and my ascendant is 11 degrees Aquarius. There’s a lot of codependency in my past, depending on others financially and for validation, and me giving too much emotionally. It’s been a long process but I’m gradually becoming more independent. I’ve tried to jump to interdependence many times (it makes sense to me. I loved the Star Trek example you used) but I can see now that I needed the foundations of independence first. It’s funny, cutting all ties of dependence (which can feel like disconnection) but in the end feeling deeply tied to everything haha. I feel like I already recognise this interconnectedness, but I can’t really be of service and feel this connection as strongly until I develop independence and surrender the smaller seperate self. I also liked what you said about not communicating through words. I’ve come to really embrace dancing recently which is of course very physical but also feels like a kind of “spiritual communication”. This video really helped clarify the process I’m going through, thanks Tan! 🙏💛

This is my Conscious North Node gate in my Cosmic Human Design chart. (It goes by my True Sidereal placements). I use both Sidereal and Tropical as I feel it's necessary and helpful to know both systems, especially for shadow work.

i have gene key 19 in Neptune, in my subconscious design and conscious design. i have moon in aquarius in the 8th house, conjunct the neptune in 8th house and thank you for this video. now i can learn to know that i am worthy of healthy love.
This is my unconscious Sun. In astrology I used to relate this archetype with my cancer rising and Pisces Mars. This hole selfless altruistic behaviour that used to lead me to codependence, abnegation and toxic patterns in all kinds of relationships. I used to romanticise “sacrifice” a lot, so I completely relate to this Pelican archetype but now I cannot see it as something good anymore. So I dont get how this would be a Sidhi once its so toxic and disfuncional!
I’m trying to understand this too! It is also my unconscious sun. I’m just learning how to set boundaries and stop over giving, and I no longer want to sacrifice myself. I love what she said about you fill yourself up first, so then you have so much that it is easy to give because you already have more than enough for yourself. But I don’t see how it’s sacrifice if you have more than enough??

Thanks, this explains somewhat...I am a beginner, but it makes sense regarding my experiences and believe I am in the sensitivity part atm, Could it be moving in cycles? Because I believe I was in the city of Pelikan, but had to be degraded to Sensitivity to relearn some missing parts, to integrate some shadows...
