Great tutorial and great thinking, i just have a question, im a student that has been dealing with solidworks, I just wonder how can you be so accurate with the measurements? i struggle alot when im trying to put in software what i have in my hands, for instance this frame how could you measure 76.2 when you know it is not that linear (not talking about tolerances) do you do it aprox. or do you really try to measure yourself? (to measure all these angles and lengths would take so much timee)

I not sure :) It should be maked like thin feature. But you can fix it in Swept boss by click in Thin feature. Good luck.
