These things complete the car! I did the swap on mine a couple weeks ago and love it. I found it was easier to take the mirror glass out and unclip the casing from the outside but it looks like you managed it pretty well.

@@culleyy4437 the alloys are a little easier to do then an engine swap haha depending on where your based would you be interested in coming to a meet at some point
Just ordered these for my Leon FR on AliExpress... I've already looked at the mirror and the plastic cover is pretty stiff and won't come off easily. But! When I moved a mirror to max. down position, I can see through the void on top that there are two grapples inside and I will just use a flat screwdriver to unlock them. Then, the cover should come right off, hopefully. Thanks for the vid, man. I'm sure it will help me a lot. Cheers!
Hello mate, I bought a pair of these dynamic indicators for my Spanish Ibiza and they seem to work fine when contact is on, but when I turn on the engine they start hyperflashing and doing some crazy effects. They do not work properly. Just wondered if you can think of any step I'm missing or something. Anyhow, I thought I'd leave my (bad) experience just so people are aware that they might not be 100% compatible with their SEAT Ibiza 6Fs. Have a nice day!

@@sebas0801 No he podido solucionarlo y he tenido que volver a montar los de serie para circular. Además, trataré de que me devuelvan el dinero, ya que hay varios usuarios afectados. Se ve que no son 100% compatibles. Salu2
@@fernandom.tortosa5276 No lo sé, posiblemente tenga que ver con que al arrancar, la batería tiene pequeñas fluctuaciones de voltaje/intensidad que hará que no sean suficientes para que los intermitentes funcionen como deberían, no creo que sea tan sencillo de solucionar con OBDEleven... Tras hablar con el vendedor de AliExpress y rechazar todas sus "soluciones" abrí disputa y he conseguido que me devolvieran todo el dinero aportando pruebas de que no van. Salu2 y suerte.

Not sure if thats possible mate for that year? the only thing I can think off is finding a 6J with the indicators in the whingmirrors and transfering them on and splicing the side indicator, although may be more effort than its worth....

I have strange flashings with these lights mounted in my Ibiza 6f Xcellence (im from Spain). The work well with the emergency lights but not when used as indicators. If someone finds a solution please share!!
@@robertmacmillan540 nah, someone told me that it has to do with the micro interferences of the battery of the car when the engine is on (or smt like that). They do work when the engine is off. There seems to be nothing we can do to fix it :S
SplodgeMotors Just ordered a set of these for my FR sport as the stock ones are very poor. I know you no longer own this car but are you aware of any rear indicator bulb upgrades as it seems strange that all the exterior lights are full LED apart from the rear indicators & reversing light

Quick question unrelated to exterior lights. I have a 2021 pre-facelift Ibiza FR Sport. Can you explain how I can change the colour of the ambient lights and also dim the interior lights including the dash? Thanks in advance.
The dimming of the dash is done through the infotaintm,ent screen, as far as im aware you can only do the red and white lights. also changed throguh the info screen.
Do you see any information message on your infotainment system after installing these dynamic indicators? I know that in some cases the car control unit can recognize a component different from the original one and gives a warning message

I installed these and have an issue, they work with the central locking and hazards but are intermittent with the indicators, could it be an issue with the connection? Maybe loose?

I've installed these on my 2018 1.5 Ibiza and I have issues when the engine is on. They flicker and don't stay on. Anyone else had this?
I know a few people who have had this issue. They brought a different unit and it fixed. Hope you get it fixed soon.
