I was applying hair oil on my baby's head but the pediatrician told me to avoid oiling baby's head completely..... he said its a craddle cap situation.... nd has administered an infant safe anti fungal shampoo and some anti allergy drops... l guess its different for different kids .... Everyone was telling me that its normal for kids to have dandruff ( cradle cap ) but l freakes out as my kid was loosing hair from a particular patch. l am glad l went to the pediatrician instead of thinking that its normal for kids to loose hair nd have dandruff ... as u said in the video the pediatrician said tht sometimes it can spread to the other parts if not treated properly. @@aakshi27 I was given Cipla's sebo shampoo... it helped in clearing his scalp issue... but l was also given some sort of lotion for application on the scalp for 2-5 mins before shampoo... l don't remember the name... a pediatrician can tell u if anything more than th shampoo i s required depending upon his assessment of the kid's scalp condition.
My personal experience on my baby’s cradle cap- wipe your babies head with wet wipes and put a layer of vaseline and gently massage it and leave it over night. Morning cradle cap easily comes out and does’nt come back Oiling and shampoo is ok but cradle cap repeatedly comes back

I have preemie, so our doctor asked not to oil scalp in cradle cap..suggested a diff shampoo and gel.. In my suggestion, every child is diff so sometimes can refer to doctor looking your child.
