I know, its because germans want horrible quality and lowest prices, but farmers should show some dignity first before start complaining. (with farmers i talk about the big players)

The issue is not carbon tax! Listen to the protestors, they want food distributors to pay them a fair price for their crops and to stop buying inported food to depress domestic crop prices. There were instances they can incentivize dumping of produce, by Rewarding them. But whose money is it really was? The Government simply reallocates resources, there is no real production of goods. When there is too much of Government running a country, and little of the mix of private enterprise, down the road, it's a disaster.
