Your teaching pattern is so good but there is one mistake in this vedio. That word 'Hatha योगा' हिन्दी मे ये 'हठ योग' जिसका मतलब है 'introvert hona ' जिसका कोई विकल्प न हो। बाकी बहुत अच्छा पढ़ाती है mam आप। शुक्रिया।🙏🏻😊
