This is another video from our short but sweet trip to Lanzarote. Today we take on the infamous Lanzarote ironman bike course. We didn't race, just had a chilled time and got the miles in. I hope that you enjoy this video.

TT bike or Road bike for first time triathlete? Nothing above an Olympic distance planned for a couple of years. Love the channel!

Thanks Andrew. For a beginner I would say road bike. You learn far more about bike handling etc which is really important. You can still add accessories to make the road bike fit like a tt bike but I would definitely say best to start on a road bike and build your way up😊
