- Had this one in the works for a while and it could have worked before episode 7 but I think the clips from episode 7 help for details and such. Happy with how this turned out and this is currently my second longest AMV
Edit: I’m tired of explaining this so im putting it here. I am NOT saying Stolas is a villain with his part in the AMV. He was just the best fit for Frollo’s lyrics because of his desire for Blitzø. I know the title says ‘Disney Villain Medley’ but that it just the name of the song and I was working to fit the available lyrics. If you actually listen to the lyrics used from Hellfire it’s from the part about desire and not the sinister actions that would lead to. This is also why I haven’t done a full AMV of Hellfire for Stolas because it just doesn’t fit him, but the section used in the Disney Villain Medley does.

Why would people even complain about that? That's nuts.
It does fit, and arguably, while Stolas has and can be considered a character aligned with good, before we found out his situation with Stella and his child and everything, he could have been considered a villain.
Before we knew about his background and saw his tenderness toward Octavia (and even after the Loo Loo Land episode, and disregarding it), he was simply an overly lewd, kinky prince that seemed so unsatisfied with his love life that he cheated on his wife. Of course, we know now that it's not that simple, but like I said, it seemed that way before: a lecherous adulterer whos only good trait was being an awesome parent.
So, I don't know who's been arguing with you about that, but they sure need to change their perspective some.
(And when I say disregarding, I just mean looking past the Stolas/Octavia moments, looking past that flash of a more than horny bird man) Just in case someone thinks that- that's not a diss.
Still my favorite and most beloved episode to this day.

And I feel like that good faith argument would hold more weight if we hadn’t seen his tenderness as early as episode two.

I mean I didn't mind because at first he WAS indeed supposed to be a villain wasn't he before they thought blitzø and him would make a cute couple In the pilot I thought he was a villain too
"But you lost what you have" for Stella it is actually a good line to say to Stolas.

There are so many antagonist on this show, but even though we don't get a lot of time to see these guys, we get to know the type of people they are in their debut episodes and how they link to the main characters past and present and probably even future lives. That is impressive on the writers part, especially because the first season didn't have a lot of episodes.
that... that was perfect, and yeah, I can see Stolas being Frollo, he was too perfect, and they hadn't made a Helluva Boss villain that worked for it otherwise.
At first I was no for Stolas and hell fire but as it went on I love
He do just fit it, I know he’s obviously not as religious or evil as Frollo but he was the closest fit

I...this is actually really good! I'm amazed. Oddly fitting for each. Phenomenal vocals, too.
And as for the Agents, surprisingly, that fits them, too. I see it as Two comforting and trying to build up confidence in One (may his chubby mother rest in peace). Those two are really underrated. Every villain blew up but them. Like, what? C'mon, man. But then again, I am a bit biased since I used to have a little...thing...for Agent One, but I won't get into that right now.
All these choices are SOOOOO GOOD~ The Gaston bit had me cackling, that was mad cute. And Ozzie was soooo fun as Facilier!!
(Stolas had my jaw drop because that freakin WORKED, and tbh I thought he was going to be more villainous when we first saw him in the pilot, but obviously that's not the case anymore)
The Frolo part fits Stola and Stolas ONLY. Noone else comes even close. You're a genious. I'm rewatching it 20th (literally) time. Every character chosen perfectly.

Honestly I love everything about this video. the vocals are phenomenal for each of these villains (even stolas despite he may not be villain but he is most definitely one to be filled with desires for stolas) the cover is one of my favorites for the songs I like. in disney. but the ending how they all come together is truly amazing! it always gets me singing to this. the poor unfortunate souls in the ending OOH SO GOOD! it gave me an inspiration to do a good villain song for a series I hope to do.

I’ve had similar comments no less than three times before. I wouldn’t make that into a full AMV because towards the end Frollo becomes nasty, they snippet here works just well enough for Stolitz without going into how psychopathic, cruel and remorseless Frollo was
I feel like Gaston is appropriate for those DHORK agents. They have weaponry but...they're not too bright. Even Friends on the other side and Prince Ali (reprise) fit both Ozzie and Stella well.
Huh, now there's something you don't see every single day. And I for one will have to admit, these characters fit perfectly in this kind of music. At least I know that's really work'thly the time to say, "You'll be back" for more videos like this. ;)

You’re the second one to mention him but I’m not one to reuse songs (I’ve considered it but only for completely different characters) and tbh I don’t think any song from the medley fits him.
Stolas actually works for the whole villain thing cause when you look at the original story for Helluva Stolas was going to be a villain but then it was changed because it was thought that he and Blitzo could have a cute relationship

Yeah as you said I’m not going to rework it, I don’t keep the files I can edit on my laptop due to space. Besides I have my solution. Even if I were to redo it I wouldn’t use Crimson because the part of Hellfire used is about desire so I’d use Chaz
