The weirdest thing for me is the difference between players of the same elo range. Some 2400s are just way better than other 2400s enough to 3 stock them regularly but those same 2400s are still unable to hit thennext milestone of 2500.

Sometimes it's a matchup thing. I know I have a bad record against someone who can't break 2k and I'm above him in elo on the regular
