I'm not sure about the custom rarity or ancient but I think I saw a video from CRK showing marketable soulstone keychains that you can buy from their official Cookie Run market, and it did show that the soulstone keychain of Dark Enchantress has the legendary colors. But I couldn't exactly confirm it since Pitaya was legendary in Cookie Run Ovenbreak but then turned to a dragon (which is a custom rarity). This will probably be the same thing for Dark Enchantress but let's wait and see if she will stay as legendary, or turn into ancient or a custim rarity. If she is legendary, then it is proof that legendaries are indeed stronger than ancients, but ancients are rarer than legendary. Timekeeper is also a legendary, she does have tge power to change time while the ancients can't. But these things do not confirm Dark Enchantress to be legendary, there might be a plot twist when Dark Enchantress isn't legendary too.
fun fact: i looked at the skill anim in the video and i looked ar all her anims in her boss battle and came to the conclusion her skill will be terrible truth if shes playable
