Very well made. We make small portions of Muthias while steaming them up. We also modify them by adding them to yogurt and gram flour based thick gravy tempered with garlic (like Rotla or Rotli nu Shaak)
I also tried muthia recipe at my first time here in Uganda where indians are popular and I was promoted to a certain leavel of professional chief.I love it add on the next videos

+Rajshri Food hey ruchi. Try adding the asafoetida in the tempering. and a tsp of garlic paste. we gujratis feel the "farsaan" not so tasty and incomplete without asafoetida. Thanks.
Tried the muthia recipe for breakfast. it was superb and very filling too. pls put up more such healthy recipes. i also hv a request if you could make a video of gavar with bajra tikki which is made in gujrati households. thanks.
Loved the recipe...especially since I was craving Muthia. Being a gujarati and living away from India, your recipes are a very helpful resource especially when I'm in the mood for typical gujarati fare like my mum would make back home. I do have a small suggestion. As I'm sure a lot of viewers who may be learning from your videos may be living in countries other than India, it might be helpful to have substitution suggestions for ingredients that are difficult for us to source such as bottle gourd, fenugreek leaves, etc. I realise you gave us the option of using cabbage but that is an acquired taste. Maybe options like zucchini or courgette, if those would work?? Thank you for all the lovely recipes. 😊😊
badd1513 i make it with Squash ( spaghetti squash is best but you can use any), zucchini, raw papaya, kale, spinach , beet ( if you don’t mind colour) , raw banana ( green plantain)
I love traditional food like muthiya.. but i never bothered to learn it from my mom.. thanks to you i can cook such lovely food
