About my Ella :
My first grandchild was born 9 years ago. Nothing could have prepared me for the overwhelming love that filled my heart. It simply was that my world became magical in an instant. I needed an outlet for the incredibly powerful and wonderful emotion I was experiencing. Her name was literally singing itself in my heart and my mind every minute. I wrote this song for her back then. I’m so grateful that she can hear it now.

About Missy Cokey :
Since I was a small child I have had a heightened maternal instinct. I am obsessed with babies and children ( human and animal). My friend says I have an excess of oxytocin. The joy of my teaching career was to teach kindergarten. There was one little girl who called me Missie Cokie . It stuck and I loved it. I now live for my 6 precious grandchildren. I feel so blessed and couldn’t imagine my life without them. They make my heart sing every day. Finally I have a deep appreciation for the gift of music. It drives me to express words and emotions in a way nothing else can.
