i just don't understand why they paid tribute to prabhudeva pretty properly by getting him on the screen and had him have his sweet sweet time showing his skills, also making the actors showcase themselves as much incompetent as possible to prabhudeva to highlight him.. but in case of saroj Khan who's the dancer of same calibre, albeit of different dance form, they made fun of her and portrayed her as a stupid dancer with stupid moves which anyone could do. it's not just a shame to the dancer, but also to India's traditional art: music and dance, only and only found here- all those Indian instruments and such disrespect. it stems from internalised misogyny but that might be reaching. farah annoys me anyway
