Nice to see the loop because we built the road to connect Bagamanoc to Pandan on 1967-68 when I was assigned with the Army Engineers at Bagamanoc but stayed only for about 8 months due to reassignment but we used to travel to Virac to pick up supplies passing thru Panganiban, Viga, the summit, San Miguel to Virac, enjoyed my time there with nice people.
Wow! The road was actually great. Scenic view all through out. I went there because thats where my late father was born and grew up. I was hoping to meet distant relatives but unfortunately didn’t found any.. too shy to ask around 😅
