Ice is one of my favorite elements. I just wish they allow you to do more than create popsicles as the cold can do so much more. The race and subclass here remind me as a more realized version of the frost or ice genasi. Even some of the origin points are similar. Entangle does make sense as winter more than ice and snow. The land is asleep so anything that pokes the bear a little too hard is probably going to get tangled up real quick.
Hey, since you wanna share some neat ideas, I'd like to present my own. A homemade monster to freak out the party. The Unstable Illusion. A creature originally created as a true illusion to ward off others from areas the caster/casters designate as needing to remain secret. However, whether by curse or magical corruption, this creature gained some semblance of corporeality and hostility to everything. Thus with a wavering ability to switch between incorporeality and corporeality being random, it is very hard to take care of this creature, at least as long as the object this creature has as it's origin of casting is intact. You can scale how much health it has to the party level, it randomly rolls a die to be corporeal or incorporeal. While corporeal it can hit and get hit, but incorporeal will do nothing.
Let it go, let it go Can't hold it back anymore Let it go, let it go Turn away and slam the door I don't care what they're going to say Let the storm rage on The cold never bothered me anyway
Nice, most phb+ sorcerers don't like other elements besides fire. Even if fire still does more damage, I'd choose this for the extra utility in a snap...a cold snap...heheh.
This is so good from the class to even a playable yuki onna race, the only complaint I could give is the lack of ice spells but that's solved by just assigning cold to various spells,, good work

Love your content, I've been Letting my players use your content as soon as I saw your videos
You’re really good at explaining this concisely and entertainingly, love the video!
this is pretty well done
Going to ask for the homebrewery for this as I was also working on something similar to this
For a rogue, holiday-themed subclass: maybe something along the specialty of leaving things behind? Both in pockets or in houses
Been loving this videos, great idea creation. I would to your take on Saint Seiya.
this is wonderful. great work on this and if you are cool (pun intended) with it, i'd like to use this in my own game.
i 100% plan to use this for my character, amazing subclass ❄❄
Don't forget Elsa from hit anime 'frozen'
