How to paint a Predator Elder Head with Joe Ta2pro Evans

- Today we have a tutorial on how to paint and Elder predator head with my good buddy and amazing artists Joe Evans. I had an issue with one of the cameras so there is a point where the audio breaks up for a couple of seconds and I hang on some shots longer than I would have liked but I had to make do with what I had. It's a small glitch and won't hinder your ability to follow along but just wanted to let you all know.
I remember seeing ta2pro work on the hunterslair and always being amazed .
He still posts on there from time to time.

sorry to bother you, man...but how did you start out? I mean, like concept art or self teaching? so much understanding in anatomy and colours. sorry again, if I miss something but I think you´re really brilliant
@@electrickitten1047 Joe started drawing when he was young and has been a tattoo artist for many years now. Somehow the way he sees colors just comes out so naturally. I'll pass the kind words along to him.

What size zozzles would you recommend to use to paint one of these?
I believe he used the default that came with eclipse. I'll have to double check with Joe to be sure.

Can you make AVP 2004 moveable mandibles masks where the mouth can move?
We don't make any masks but I have seen people create the mechanics that go inside the mask for the mouth movement. I don't know off hand who makes them anymore though. Check out the hunter's lair forums and you can probably find some more info on them.

Well... It's far from movie accurate, but still is a beautiful work of art.
(Elders have an old looking grayish discoloured skin tone and weathered greyish quills&dreds.)

Do you sell any masks or can you make one with moving mandibles?
No we don't make any. Every once in a while I may put one up for sale but pretty rarely.

Do you have a list of colours he uses in this video?
I don't offhand but he does try to say which one hes using as he goes through. Next time I get a free moment to do another video with him we are going to try to make a list and streamline it for you guys.
