Repaint: Dark Siren!

This is a half Monster High Doll/Half Art Doll that I made for Mer May! This doll came as part of a lot of dolls that were listed "for parts!" She was missing half a leg and both of her forearms and hands..but now? Now she's complete and a Beautiful Dark Siren! She's going up for Adoption on my Etsy Store, so if you like how she turned out, please check her out;) She may just be the Siren of your Dreams.
Some of this was inspired by fellow artists here on youtube--
‪@KaypeaCreations‬ and ‪@Dollightful‬ are two of them! Kaypea Creations uses alot of the same techniques I used with creating the tail for this beautiful Siren and well I just love how Dolllightful's half Monster High/Half Art Doll Came out--please check out their channels!

Apoxy Sculpt Resin Clay
Jeton Flexible Ball and Socket Doll Armature
Jeton pliers in the correct gauge for the Armature (i think it was 1/8" i used?)
Oil Free Eyeshadow powder
Staedtler Watercolour Pencils
Gouache Paints
Jacquard Lumiere Acrylic Paints in Teal/Gold, Purple, Metallic Coral and Metallic Red
Reaper Master Series Paint in Coal Black 09693 is the lot number on mine

Acrylic Yarn--I got it from Michaels but I misplaced the labels!
Liquitex Acryllic Varnish
Mod Podge in Matt
Elmer's Craftbond Fabric & Paper Glue
Metal Starfish Gems and Half Shell Gems from the Resin Department
purple chiffon fabric from Joanne's
metal miniature coins--I got that at a thrift store, but you may find some similar perhaps on etsy or ebay?

Ohhh she's so pretty!! I love sirens and darker takes on mermaids, this was a neat project!

Oh thank you! Yep, I was going for as sparkly as possible with each of my mermaid dolls lol! It was so much fun designing each of them:) And well my Dark Siren is still up for grabs on my Etsy store;)

SHe turned out wonderful!! I love her ears, they're so cool looking!! Her expression is amazing, and the hair color was a really good choice!! :) Her... outfit??? (i guess it's an "outfit") fits so amazingly!! Ecellent work!!

Thank you, it's not really an "outfit" per se lol. Her tail is permanent, but I love how it came out and well the starfish bra was fun to make;) But thank you and yes I love how her expression came out--a little predatory look like "You will be my prey!" lol. and thank you--I love how those ears came out too:) so fishy and yet so elvish at the same time:) so proud of how she has come along:) Thank you so much for watching--so glad you like my Dark Siren:)
