3:30 Once this started, I actually cried, I honestly cried, these guys are music geniuses and sadly are unknown to the world, what a soundtrack, what a game...it was....old WoW days will forever remain something special, something that is gone now, something that my soul strives to reach again, WoW was the only thing that made my childhood any good. I've special connection with that game and the music and everything about it, soo beautiful.
I personally loved the feel of MoP and every little detail in Pandaria. It's so pretty! I absolutely loved to music too. We need to remember that with every single expansion there'll always be naysayers and people who just hate for the sake of hating. But with how much work Blizzard put into making an entire new continent for us and giving us these awesome soundtracks, there should at least be the few who do appreciate it.
I started playing in early TBC and i cant agree more with you..theres always something memorable in every wow exp! Even if im not playing wow anymore.. 😊
I remember playing the Timeless Isle with one of my best friends. Killing endless amounts of frogs to get ready for the raid. My friend used to have multiple toons and would rant all day and his frustration would make us laugh until tears swelled up in our eyes and we couldn't laugh anymore. He had a good heart and would make the best of it. He was the funniest person I knew. I think it has been almost 5 years since he passed away. When I went back to Timeless Isle once MoP was done, I heard 22:20 and it filled me up with incredible nostalgia and intense sadness. I miss him still and love him so much.
20:54..the most epic and emotional part for me..so much wonderful..Every time i am flying over Jade forest with my mage and listening this part, i stop flying and just hovering my mount, while i zoom out my screen, just to enjoy this beautiful place and this great music..
Absolutely some of the most beautiful and inspiring music I have ever heard. I love hanging around the Jade Forest just so that I can hear this lovely music. I also like Elwynn Forest, Ashenvale ("Night Song" particularly) and Booty Bay music but, when I want to feel at peace, I go back to Pandaria. It is my favorite place in the whole game.
The cello obbligato at 22:20, later followed by a French horn always sort of breaks my heart in its ravishing beauty. Whenever I overfly the Jade Serpent statue en route to battle Hyuna of the Shrines, I hover there simply to listen to this music before it sadly fades. Surely this music must have been performed by real musicians, on real instruments.
The music blizzard makes is a constant source of inspiration for me. Almost regardless of the game I'm playing, Starcraft, any iteration of WoW, WC3, Diablo... They are all fantastic. I am particularly impressed by the music of Starcraft and believe it has substantially contributed to and refined the Space Cowboy theme expanded upon by Cowboy Bebop and Firefly. The SC2 HotS theme is incredible as well and really instills a feeling of impending zerg apocalypse. Keep it up Bliz!
For my two cents worth, I have to say that the musical score for the Mists of Pandaria expansion is the best of any expansion and certainly better than the music for Warlords.
+James Front That's just fucked up... the musics in most lvling zones are "meh" but the sea music is so cool that I spend most of my time fishing, lol!
02:10 is my absolute favourite part of the Jade Forest music. It sounds so adventurous and uplifting, and sort of tells you as a new L85 that you have a huge adventure awaiting you in Pandaria.
Can't wait to enter this great Island as a Goblin Warlock in pirate suit! I dunno why, but somehow it fits for a zone like this - MoP gonna be so fantastic!
Used these music videos to study through my semester and probably will continue to do into the future. Thanks for the upload, means a lot. (Subscribed, not sure what took me so long)
I knew the instant Jeremy Soule (the guy behind the music of the Elder Scrolls) was involved that this expansion would have some really awesome music. Much of this sounds similar in style and approach as Oblivion and Skyrim's soundtracks (though obviously with an oriental theme fitting of Pandaria. Now if only I could listen to Wings of Kynareth while travelling Valley.
I remember taking the tour of the jade serpent and then riding her, and as she was speaking 2:09 started playing and you just felt the energy and the feeling of Pandaria. This is seriously the most epic expansion to date. The way the story is told and the quests are handed out. This is turning out to be an amazing game. FUCK YEAH BLIZZ!.
I have also played this game since Vanilla and I can agree that the game is much easier now than it was before, but that doesnt necessarily mean that the game was more fun than it is now. Sure raiding is not the same as the raids in TBC, but questing has never been better than it is now and the later expansions have brought a lot of good stuffs to the game (for example Transmogrification, one of the best inputs in the game until now). The game is so much more than just raiding, and its still fun
You are not forced to do dailies, or LFR's for that sake. You can do them if you want, or you can avoid them. There are lots of other ways to get good gear (Dungeons, PVP, normal raids, etc.) and other very fun things in MoP that you can do - unrelated to gear. I agree with derpy toad - MoP is an awesome game. I'm sorry if you don't feel the same way.
21:30 always makes me think about Mass Effect..anyone else get that?.. just love jade forest soundtrack..great feeling when youve finished a quest and away you go on your horse and that epic music kicks in.:)
This is honestly one of the best expansions for a game I have ever played. Wrath of the Lich King was the best expansion and I used to think this was the worst because of pandas but I can overlook it and now in my books it is tied in second place with Burning Crusade. I absolutely love the music in it and I just get a feeling that I want to go to medieval china. This is nothing really like a WoW sennse and I thought it would fail. But it was amazing even though it's nothing like WoW
I actually loved MoP and thought it was great.....but Cata did so much damage....almost irreversible damage. MoP wasn't perfect but it had passion, creativity, and a hell of a lot of art. I feel like if MoP came after WotLK instead of Cata, we'd all be in a better place right now.
I really felt like mop was the best, I'm a casual and I loved it more than wotlk, the landscape felt like you we're on a holiday, and the pvp was so good, was sodapoppin's best extension on stream to! good times :D
You just listed 3 different ways you can gear up prenormal raiding. Back in my day, there was only ONE of those ways. 5 mans, that was it. You have a lot more options to catch up than you did in Vanilla and TBC. Really I think a lot of people forget how long and grindy that process could be back then.
19:21 Most memorable part IMHO Sort of sounds a bit like TES Oblivion's music, not only that but it has the perfect mix of tranquil and theatrical. Mists and Cata are two different GAMES! I feel re-invigorated with this expansion, like I can't wait to get back online. Haven't felt like that since Ulduar first came out. :*-) Good job Blizzard, fuck the haters, anyone that can't like Jade Forest has no taste in games.
I know right, As I, an avid player of WoW, read alot of hate messages like " ermagerd Pandas r 4 kidz" and what not, but seriously, MoP is one of the greatest expansions, next to Wotlk

People ask me what my favorite expansion is, I say all of them
I started playing in early TBC and i cant agree more with you..theres always something memorable in every wow exp! Even if im not playing wow anymore.. 😊
this expansion by far had the best introductory experience given to us.
I agree, walking into pandaria for the first time even more amazing then walking into northrend/outland for the first time
I remember playing the Timeless Isle with one of my best friends. Killing endless amounts of frogs to get ready for the raid. Same here dude with my oriental looking warrior and my thundering onyx cloud serpent, i just think its magnificent!
The Jade Forest is one of the most beautiful places in Azeroth. Always worth a little visit.
Loved MoP, loved the message it had.
It is my favorite place in the whole game.
you and me too. thank you.
The cello obbligato at 22:20, later followed by a French horn always sort of breaks my heart in its ravishing beauty. This part is wonderful. Most calming piece of music ive ever heard in my life.
20:55 , you're welcome.
7 years ago... damn I feel old
It's actually 8 years ago... MoP came in 2012. Time really flies.
The beginning is so beautiful, so captivating. It encompasses Pandaria almost perfectly to me.
19:20, just beautiful
Just listened to 19.20 - 22:10 twice and cried both times...Happy tears :'D
This music makes me cry! Love it!
This is my favorite Pandaria music! It's so great!
I'll never forget pulling into Pandaria in a helicopter and blowing up horde stuff to badass music... It's very early in the expansion but I love it.
6 years ago now, fuckin hell time flies
For my two cents worth, I have to say that the musical score for the Mists of Pandaria expansion is the best of any expansion and certainly better than the music for Warlords.
Majere That's probably because it was all done by Jeremy Soule, the game music god!
David Jagneaux Not all, there were many different composers doing the music to Mists of Pandaria. Jeremy Soule was only one of them.
Oh interesting, I didn't know that! Thanks for pointing that out :)
+James Front That's just fucked up... the musics in most lvling zones are "meh" but the sea music is so cool that I spend most of my time fishing, lol!
+Majere I agree. Whatever was in the water when they were writing music for Pandaria it ended up being some of the best stuff written for the game.
02:10 is my absolute favourite part of the Jade Forest music. It sounds so adventurous and uplifting, and sort of tells you as a new L85 that you have a huge adventure awaiting you in Pandaria.
Damn when quality mattered not the quantity in numbers, I miss how wow used to be it only lives in memories
Am I the only one who plays the first 24 seconds over and over? Best. Expansion. Yet. And the music! Just chilling and breathtaking.
NO, REALLY, I JUST LOVE 20:59, ONE OF THE BEST PARTS OF ALL WORLD OF WARCRAFT SOUNDTRACK! SO BEAUTIFUL!!
19:21 that right there, I love it. Bring me more.
19:20
break my heart in a beautiful way
Can't wait to enter this great Island as a Goblin Warlock in pirate suit! I dunno why, but somehow it fits for a zone like this - MoP gonna be so fantastic!
20:53 loved that piece of music
This is why the Jade Forest is my favorite zone :)
I can't believe so few people have mentioned the tune that starts at 3:27. I'd have a cup of tea with a lorewalker for a whole day to this music.
Used these music videos to study through my semester and probably will continue to do into the future. Thanks for the upload, means a lot. (Subscribed, not sure what took me so long)
The music that flows from 4:30 is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard
Thank you so much for uploading
I knew the instant Jeremy Soule (the guy behind the music of the Elder Scrolls) was involved that this expansion would have some really awesome music. 20:55 à :22:16 extremamente bem feita! passa até uma certa emoção! :D
2:00 gives me the most chills out them all so far.
MoP got the best music so far.
Ty for uploading I love it :D
can only think of one word: epic...
Absolutely beautiful, no? I'm enthralled by Pandaria's beauty.
Its awesome from 02:10
Thanks Paul!
22.19 is sooo stunning!
I was completely blown away by this music. Some of the best the WOW had to offer.
It honestly makes me shiver when I hear it
I remember taking the tour of the jade serpent and then riding her, and as she was speaking 2:09 started playing and you just felt the energy and the feeling of Pandaria. This is seriously the most epic expansion to date. The way the story is told and the quests are handed out. This is turning out to be an amazing game. FUCK YEAH BLIZZ!.
I love this part too!
13:50 Yes! This right here!
The MoP-Soundtrack keeps me somehow wishing for a Jade Empire 2
During math class, this helps me to calm my mind and relax
I love The Jade Forest and the music!
I have also played this game since Vanilla and I can agree that the game is much easier now than it was before, but that doesnt necessarily mean that the game was more fun than it is now. I started with WoW in Legion, yet it still sounds nostalgic to me somehow x)
14:08 is lovely.
finally someone gets how good the expansion is, it especially has the best music out of all the expansions by FAR.
It will be 10 years in a few months...where has all the time gone..
my jaws felt down from epicness
You are not forced to do dailies, or LFR's for that sake. You can do them if you want, or you can avoid them. just love jade forest soundtrack..great feeling when youve finished a quest and away you go on your horse and that epic music kicks in.:)
22:19 so soothing
21:35 - 22:10
I shiver every time I listen, so amazing.
the first 6 mins are the best part of the song lol
2:10. Pretty awesome!
The part in 16:00... so beautiful..
But it was amazing even though it's nothing like WoW
it was an epic age.
Ah, the days when you discover the statue and are in awe of its size and beauty :(
I actually loved MoP and thought it was great.....but Cata did so much damage....almost irreversible damage. MoP wasn't perfect but it had passion, creativity, and a hell of a lot of art. I feel like if MoP came after WotLK instead of Cata, we'd all be in a better place right now.
You mean the last part of Cataclysm, the first two parts of Cata were great enough.
Deusirae79^
I actually think all teh expansions were great
I really felt like mop was the best, I'm a casual and I loved it more than wotlk, the landscape felt like you we're on a holiday, and the pvp was so good, was sodapoppin's best extension on stream to! good times :D
2:10 just blew my fuckin mind when I heard it. Nothing will beat the masterpieces of WoW. NOTHING! :)
My favorite
5:45 Classic MoP awaits
i think the music of mist of pandaria it's the most epic of wow :'D
He is saying he enjoys the Pandaria environment + the story. You don't have to assume that everyone only plays to grind out daily and valor points~
5:46 Just Awesome Epic music love it
yes, it is.
Jeremy Soule ❤
Wow, some bits remind me of the intro instrumental from The Jungle Book :)
This is why I came back to WoW from LOL
that begging part (about 23:40-23:45 ish) reminds me the begging or a star wars song
2:09 , best part in the whole Pandaria soundtrack!
Be careful to keep your anger and hate under control, lest another powerful sha manifests from your negative emotions D:
1:00 love song is beatiful R_R
One part of the song around 7 minutes sounds like the theme from Jungle Book, or is it just me?!
MUS_50_SerpentsHeart_Hero_01-03 files are their name. Checked each file individually until I found it!
7:05 Jungle Book FTW
I absolutely love 1:20 to 3:15
12:10 there it is!
what's the song at 2:10 ?!!
19:20
i like Shas of Anger too
19:21
I really don't know what to say, except... wow.
*This* is MoP to me.
Cool
20:55-22:18 I love this part :)
You just listed 3 different ways you can gear up prenormal raiding. Back in my day, there was only ONE of those ways. 5 mans, that was it. I swear 19:20 Sounds like a track from Oblivion
19:21
Most memorable part IMHO
Sort of sounds a bit like TES Oblivion's music, not only that but it has the perfect mix of tranquil and theatrical.
Mists and Cata are two different GAMES! I feel re-invigorated with this expansion, like I can't wait to get back online. Haven't felt like that since Ulduar first came out.

oh and i leveled to 90 and yawned and retieed thkyou.
2:10 = world pvp for me. Nothing feels quite as right as hunting down alliance trash in a new world bring back memories of deepholm, For the Horde!!!
19:20
Best part.
