I'm new at USPSA. One of the thing's that's stood out is how helpful some of the more skilled shooters have been. Mr. Lockwood is no exception! Thank you.
I’ve only been subscribed a couple of months . I appreciate all of the time you take to share this valuable info. This will definitely help keep the dry fire interesting and get a good workout too!
Thank you. New to USPSA and appreciate you. Many resources out there on fundamentals, trigger squeeze etc. But I feel like you are teaching how to play and do well at this game. Keep it coming brother.
That is awesome to hear bro! I have transitioned all my new content to Patreon. It's similar to what you have seen on this channel but has more in depth things for gear, training, workouts and a free monthly giveaway.
New sub here and great work bro. I also recently started doing the band around the knees workout and it really improved my movement and quickness! Next I’ll try to get a Bosu ball for balance! Thanks for sharing your routine bro.
Awesome vid as always. Just built a house and the entire basement is mine... Planning to set it up similar to your garage. Giving me lots of ideas for days when I can't get to the range!
Wonder brother I like how u incorporate gym wisdom into fire arm training.. this sparked something in me coming from a gymrat now I’ll think of how to combine them
Nice - always fun to follow you. Some part of the stuff I already do or want todo - nice to see that its other crazy shooters on the planet. Other stuff are new - thanks - Really jealous on your training camp ;-)
Great stuff ! I assume you’ll do some of your workouts with your race kit on as well ? I’ll do conditioning moves with just my SIRT and some targets but also with my gear on
Thanks for sharing these ideas, Issac. These techniques look like excellent functional training for USPSA, ect. I just have to actually get myself to do them. lol . Do you ever dry fire with some kind of weight mounted to the picatinny rail?
@Isaac Lockwood makes sense. I'm ordering a set of wrist weights and the resistance band. Great videos dude. I really love your stage analysis videos and videos like this wear you go over conditioning. So much of USPSA is footwork and balance.

Great squadding with you yesterday at RRGC. It was awesome watching you break down a stage and shoot it. Thanks for sharing all the knowledge.
Thanks man, likewise. Hope to do it again soon.
I love the workout add to dry fire! I don’t know why i never thought of this. Ordering me some wrist weights right now.
It's been a big part of my growth. I have a patreon account with more in depth workout, training and gear videos. I also do free giveaways monthly.

Yes, I use my gear alot. This time was more conditioning focused with no draws or reloads.
Great stufff to put on my practice... thanks a lot 🙏

Great video!! Thank you.

Ideas, ideas... 🧠
Always learning.
Do you ever wear the wrist weights when practicing holster draws?
I have but it gets in the way of the scoop draw.

Do you see and value in running those agility squares in the gym to work on your agility?
Yes, anything that makes you more agile and coordinated.
Your missing the weapon light Idol😜👊
Lol, never
Kinda wondering if using those bands would not interfere with muscle memory for actual shooting.
It does not. It has only helped me.
👍
Can I get that Slide!!!!!!!!!!!
Lol, keep checking the GrayGuns sight.
👍👍
I would have to ditch the balance ball or the P in uspsa would stand for paraplegic lol
Lol, I just try to find anything challenging and use it.
Looks like basketball practice with a gun...lol,did you play ball?
Lol, I did a lifetime ago. Some things are good training for everything.
