  • Place your forearms on the swiss ball, keeping your chest off it. Bring your legs back behind you, supporting your weight on your toes and your forearms.
    Bracing your core, keep your body in a straight line, angling down from your shoulders to your ankles. Holding this position, move your forearms to spell out the alphabet in small letters.
    Tip: Do not let your chest touch the ball throughout the exercise, nor allow your hips to rise or sag throughout the movement. The only part of your body that should move throughout this exercise is your forearms.
