Eliza, thank you for the video... these are actually great to watch. To the team, these videos, all of them, are some of the best content out there. Thank you for the content, it has a big impact for those who are starting and keeps us attentive to Mill City Roasters..
Better than your cohort's videos. I like how you show the coffee beans in the trier and you use a better camera angle so the audience can watch the beans roasting. Very informative video. Thank you.
Dave and Joe talk about raising the airflow just before first crack. I didn't actually notice if you did that but were you cutting the flame to have a similar effect?
HI ! I wanna know that the oriental cells in this machine means you mentioned around 1:02 on this clip. please. thank you for your youtube lessons always.
Eliza, what is max gas in kPa for that roaster? Will help me understand what % of max your settings mentioned are to compare with how I roast. For my TJ-067 propane, 3.5 kPa is my max. Love the roast along series. Like watching someone else and understanding their style and a bit of why they do what they do.
You did not say anything about airflow except at the beginning Could you say when you increased and how much? 370 degrees - is it temp. of air or drum?
On a different note, how does the up and down of your gas affect your ROR. I would assume it would take it off Rao's theory re constantly declining ROR

How could I get the coffee roasting machine for small coffee shop .The price and the size of the machine.
How does your roaster hold its heat so well? I bought the 2kg model and if I charge at 420 it drops to around 210 with a full charge.
That's probably just the difference in thermocouple diameter.
@@MillCityRoastersMN is there a way to calibrate the thermal coupler on theses roasters?
You started the airflow at 30, what did you increase it up too?
