I LOVE SKILL INHERITANCE AND THE ABILITY TO INVEST INTO OLDER UNITS !!! I LOVE SEEING PEOPLE'S SCRIMBLOS SWEEP !!! i hope this month's emblem effect will be comparatively revolutionary as EMarth (while still being "balanced"), absolutely one of the best new additions
Nah, Edelgard will come in a bundle with Dimitri and Claude Once per turn, you'll randomly get 110% DR, an extra turn or a brave attack where they're both specials
A big one was definitely Arden. His refine was decent, but armours back then weren’t nearly as problematic since they moved so slow. Then once they released saves, he instantly became one of the better save units cause of high hp and defense. Add on the addition of warding breath in the sacred seal slot, and now you could easily have a save that could survive most units attacks, and instantly retaliate back with an ignis unless you had guard. Made him WAY more dangerous to go against, so few units had enough dr to even dream of living a 60 dmg ignis.
Remember when Quick Escape 4 happened and Ascendant Florina was able to super teleport others around the map? That was a neat few days of Florina relevance.
I feel like back when cheerleader meta was popular to get kills with your units, Corrin and Soren were thriving with Dual Rally+, and Ruses. Maybe even Infantry Pulse for Corrin specifically
I would say legendary Seliph really went from zero to hero. I would also say that normal eliwood was once one of the better sword cavs because of his access to blazing durandal
Kagero's weapon refine got me so many unexpected kills in my early AR-D lineups. Even if she didn't kill the unit she was fighting she'd still survive and my WoM units would swoop in to clean house. So many replays of people baiting her out thinking they'd survive and either didn't or get rushed by my other units. Simpler times that.
2:27 HER REFINE IS SO GOOD AND WITH THE HELP OF ROBIN, SPAMMING LETHALITY NEVER FELT SO GOOD (always checking in firesweep weapons and hardy bearings but other than that shes a bae)
I would recommend her as a farming unit for F2P, slap a SS4 (I think there is one in the divine codes) Close Counter (The 4★ bow unit has close counter so its not a hard unit to get or the better close skills from the codes) and C/S skill can be the burn skill or fatal smoke
I remember in early meta With Og Eliwood just being kind of meh. Then weapon refines came out and they made it so he could use Roy CYL Durandal because Eliwood had the more preferable stat spread. He became hot shit. Just as that was loosing its edge his og weapon got a refine and he was hot shit again. .... Then Blazing Durandal got a refine and woahey, hello again sir Eliwood.
I still remember OG hector and sacred seals release. He was the only character that could double you and prevent you from doubling him with his wep, weary fighter, and QR seal. Oh and DC so even range still got screwed.
I would maybe argue brave Ike should be in this category who I think arguably went from the worst unit in his batch of braves to the best after getting his refine.
To be fair, I have been getting some ideas for builds for my Heroes from everyone else. For example, I made Triple Brazen Celica, because everone else used it back in the day. Sure it’s old, but it’s still going strong. I think. As for everyone else, I gave Lucina the ability to function through Attack and Speed while taking some inspiration from LunaFV, I wanted to copy Halloween Corrin’s build for my OG Corrin (minus Joint Drive Attack obviously), and I just wanted to give Alm Surge Sparrow and Gambit 4 because I can. As for their Legendary Alts, Legendary Lucina with Atk/Spd Finish 4 and Inf. Null Follow, is one build I never thought about, and I really want to give Legendary Alm Atk/Spd Hexblade.
Wait, Legendary Eliwood grants Bonus Doubler, Null Panic, AND Canto?! Crap, mine is a wet noodle right now, I need to start using him again to turn my Brave Marth into a monster. And oh yes, Brave Marth is VERY strong. I have yet to give him No Quarter since I haven't pulled Dimitri, but with Caeda's D Bonus Doubler and No Quarter, that boy is going 0 to 60 real quick
I got one robin for fodder. What's better, 5 cooldown gambit, 3 cooldown gambit no quarter or the finish skill? I could wait for atq spd finish 3 obtainable demotes but I'm not sure how long it'll take.
If you're running No Quarter, don't run Gambit, you're better off focusing on other B skills to synergize with that so you can keep your special cooldown low for spamming purposes. I'd still say wait for finish 3 fodder, unless you have a non-infantry Gambit user in mind.
If we're talking early early meta we can't forget Brashperation Cherche with the brash assault seal. She was such a menace
Times Pulse Slaying Edge Ayra 😢
She was my number 1 sweeper for such a long time, I even +10'd her
real ones remember when bold fighter made brave bow Halloween Jakob amazing
I've still got mine in my box!
Hehehehe

Emblem Edel: Grant's 1 extra action after combat.

Thank goodness for tier 4 ploy attuned guidance and no quarter to make my florina more viable
Ophelia with Special Spiral...

I like the transitions
Where's my homeboy legendary Seliph? I can't think of a single unit with a better glow up than him, literally zero to hero
CYL Dimitri was seen as kinda meh before his refine
I'm still waiting the Surtr refinery IS.

Another unit is fallen ike with the release of Lrobin, he became a very good godsword after that capable of dealing with meta threats

Totally agree that Lucia is the reason we got the half pierce; good video Ze :-)
skill inheritance is a blessing

Not meta breaking or anything but yeah

Remember Pain+ Vantage Genny?
This may be weird units but L!Ryoma and Duo Mark in my opinion are one of them.
Fallen dimitri is a funny because he practically doesn't count but GOD he is a very funny player phase death machine.
C bonus double slaps hard on Kronya.

how would u build yuri these days? i only let him inherit full ASC!nino set, but i dont think it can kill far save these days
For all intents and purposes

Lucia refine with true DR based of speed and dr cutting when?
i'm just wondering why legendary seliph isn't here
Do you have begginers guide. Im new to the game

Considering how the only one in the game is STILL young rebecca, who is in manuals i believe, it's up to you.

What do you think about Echidna?
Neat
Fuck yeah im early
