Now I wonder when will you focus on the software support and bug fixing. New products are cool, but taking care of your existing customers with older Body+ scales is cooler.
This looks great, but I am still waiting in Canada for pulse wave velocity to return to my Body Cardio scale (and Vascular Age isn't it), and also waiting for the BPM Core. There's no way I would buy this with their current track record... I want it, but you need to release the core and give us back our PWV first!
It's usually a Problem with the local Authorities not clearing that shit. Just like the Scanwatch and Applewatches first released with the EKG disabled in the EU because as a "medical device" they have to be cleared by the Authorities which can take forever...
They ran in to some trouble in the USA and PWV never came back. I bought my Cardio the first year it came out. But it broke around the same time this new one was Announced.
Cool and all, but can we PLEASE get a new watch. I love my steel HR but the Scanwatch is no worthy upgrade over it. A withings watch with NFC Payment options like Apple Pay would be the best Smartwatch on the Market...
Sounds promising but will wait for the reviews to tick in before making a buying decision. One question though - Is the rechargeable battery replaceable? I truly hope so - sustainability and e-waste doesn't rime and I don't want a bricked scale in 3-4 years.
where are the technical details about what technology is being used? i can't find it on the website. is there a white paper? all i'm seeing are proprietary names of things with no technical specifications
I bought Body Cardio scale a few weeks ago, And I have to return it back because the scale setup button was broken and can not respond anymore. The previous Scale model had a different button design, which was more reliable. If the new Body scan scale will have the same easy broken button, then all those new innovations will be useless. It is not fair to put such cheap and not reliable buttons in such expensive scales
Hello Mikhail-I’m sorry to hear that you want to return your scale because the button is not reacting anymore. I want to assure you that your situation is an exception and that we make sure to offer devices of high quality to our customers. 93% of them continue to use our scales after a year and the majority still uses them after 8 years. Body Cardio is particularly liked by our customers, who rated it 4.7 out of 5, and has one of the lowest rates of return on the scales market. Ensuring that our clients get a positive experience with our products is our first priority. If you haven’t done it already, you can contact our support team via within.gs/help, we will happily help you. If you have already contacted us, don’t hesitate to share your support request number here so I can look into your case. Have a nice day - Armelle, Withings Customer Service
as you can see on various youtube review most of your scales are not as accurate as cheap scales for estimate body fat. Have you reach best results with the body scan? thanks
Hello, could you tell us when this product will be available please. Originally it was mentionned around june 2022 and on your french website it still doesn't seem available. Is this right? Thanking you in advance for your reply.
Withings customer support is FIRST CLASS, second to none !! ❤️✌️😀👍❤️ ~ I look forward to ordering this scale, and improving my health, with the new information that it provides. In every way, they are light years ahead of the competition . . . . . . . . which is my way of saying that they have no competition !! 😉👍
Here's my concern, how much of my my health data is being saved for Withings research? Can I use it in a way where none of my data is stored on Withings servers? So that it stays only on my scale and on my phone storage only.

My existing scale is so annoying it jumps from lb to kg to stoves whenever it like and this is the only reason I hesitate from buying the new scale. If this scare still dues the same I won’t be buying it. So annoying!

Don't worry, it'll take years for the FDA to approve this just like all the other stuff over the years. Sad really, I enjoy and want their products as it has legitimately helped Target health improvements better.
more vaporware. these guys can't get anything past regulatory approval. how's that bpm core coming along. it's been TWO YEARS now and it's still not released in the usa
"Regulatory approval" is extremely arbitrary in the US when lobbying (or lack of) is concerned. Seems like you are unfamiliar with how regulatory agencies really work in the US.
@@Misaka-gt5yj Then they shouldn't be advertising it to the markets for which they can't sell/enable the functionality. If this product is going to be just as delayed as BPM core (which has already been 2 years), what's the point?

Don't buy this scale. Just got mine and my body fat is about 15% range but this scale report 6% which is way off. Contacted withings customer service tried all the way they recommend and yield the same result. Paid so much for the scale and so disappointed with it's accuracy !
You've never fixed the mediocre, basic sleep detection in the Scanwatch. Nor do you start HR in exercise detection. This leads me to believe that here's another device that may have a potential but will be basic and useless.
I hope Withings remains an independent company but if one of the big tech companies does buy them, I personally hope that it will be Alphabet/Google. They have the best model for allowing users to share their data to other health and fitness apps.
Don't bother with the Body Scan! I'm on my 2nd replacement unit, each showing different hardware faults. Support are really dragging their feet, just keep telling me it's being investigated, when they bother telling me anything! My Health+ subscription is ticking away in the meantime! I've dusted off my old Body Cardio, it still works, more reliable and far better built and more solid, new units feel like flimsy plastic. I'm about ready to dump Withings all together and look round the market at Omron and others.
Nerve activity assessment is a true innovation. It was worth the wait. Congrats Withings. Can't wait to order it.
It's clearly visible that the doctor is reading from something . Just notice her eye movement
And the ways she’s talking
Yeah, she did not make a good impression. I am excited about the scale though!
Nothing wrong with reading from a script. Some people find it easier.
Gotta love someone who has to read what she “loves the most” instead or remember it
I just love Withings, I've been using their products for almost 10 years, and this looks awesome! Such innovative company and very underated!!
I had been waiting for the scan watch.. But when it came out I already bought another watch
Would love to hear more on how the nerve activity assessment is useful. What can it indicate or help us prevent? Thanks!
As a type 1 diabetic this feature is really awesome

PWV works fine in Poland - is this somehow restricted in selected countries?

Sounds fantastic! Will it allow more than one user per Body Scan?
It says up to 8 users with automatic user detection (probably by the weight and other stats)
Also integrates a daily stretching routine to reach the handle 😁
How can I get notified when this is going to be released? I want to pre-order
Amazing product, kudos to Withings!
So impressive. Can't wait to get one for myself and for my parents too.
Wearing my ScanWatch now as I watch your Body Scan announcement for the second time...
Hello, are this product still in program? what about market delivery? thanks
Oh was about to buy a Body Cardio Scale, looks like i will wait
The part where "Shikha Anand" comes in to screen isn't really convincing... She's reading the script.
Hi, when this should be available on the market? Thanks!
Withings has a great products and now i guess it’s time to work on Glucose monitors
When will your be available in the US?
Any new info on its release date? I really want to get it but there have been no updates for the past 6+ months

I would like to buy. When it will be available?
Why didn't you add the air quality sensor? It's the main reason why I'm not going to change my old Smart Body Analyzer with a new scale :(
Ahh.. Just buy a separate one. The quality would likely be much better.
@@dwhite832003 can you advise which one?
@@roofwalkermx I use a higher end model from Levoit air purifier which not only tells you about the air but cleans it as well.
They didn’t add it because it’s a bathroom scale, not a weather station. Rely on your nose to tell you how bad the air is after you did your business.
I am in for this new scale with much information available on the state of health and function
My Cardio broke around same time of this announcement. Now I’m just waiting on them so I can order this new scale. 😞
Please take my money... I can really, as in really much, not wait for it to come out... You guys (boys and girls) are fantastic.
I asked a presales question on withings website - no reply. Same on fb- no reply. Noticed there’s no phone number on their website as well.
A year long battery? Sounds good, it's the one weakness of the Body Plus. Will check it out. I have the steel series too, great watch. Nice app too.
Sounds promising but will wait for the reviews to tick in before making a buying decision.

I don't think it will, but something that has a 1 year battery life will surely last more than 4 charges.......
Gonna get this for sure!
So when is it coming out?
Awesomeness & technology!
Does it support Bluetooth and WPA3?
