14 minutes of videos to realize (at least for some) that the First World War was undoubtedly the War that changed all Wars, as well as being the War that in the end changed forever what Europe and the world would be. Since outside of these 2 nations that supported the side of the Entente, the United States and the Japanese Empire, for posterity they would have one of the fiercest struggles during what would be... World War II.

Soldiers liked to name their own tanks. And Lusitania isn't a Ship-original. Many tanks has the name "Lusitania" and sometimes even dogs. Yes, pets, dogs.
“Destroying the German fleet at Jutland” is quite the exaggeration, the battle was inconclusive and the British lost more ships (in both tonnage and number of vessels) and men.

My great great grandfather fought in ww1 on the British side. He got the Victoria cross. But somehow he was born in England but lived in South Africa for almost his whole life. So the British government basically counted him as South African so he was technically 1 of the only 17 or 18 South African soldiers to get the Victoria cross.
It’s funny but has some inaccuracies. Some of the battles are out of order. Also the British did not serve in the Harlem Hellfighters. They were African Americans under French command. The Uniforms look good, but the British did not fight in all of the battles you mentioned. I don’t think the British fought on the Italian front.
The Last Long Mile is the music, the problem is the song is actually American, not British, if you heard the Springfield, it means the M1903 Springfield, which was the rifle issued to U.S. troops during the First World War.
