Looks good! I like the porch, and there's a place to hang your coat and remove footwear just inside the door. The kitchen has good counter and cabinet space, and there's more in the laundry room. To customize the plan for me I'd swap the fireplace for something more functional like an entertainment center/TV, make the bathroom windows a little smaller, and I'd install a separate washer and dryer in the laundry room. But those are details. The plan works well!

The dining area is too cramped and small for our needs and to put in a larger table would decrease the living room space. This master bedroom thankfully has a bath but the closet space uses an entire wall, wouldn’t accommodate our hanging clothing or have space for our his and hers dressers.
