I've spent hours trying to resolve this issue. Yours is the second video I've seen that shows an IMPORT option, which is exactly what I need. Why doesn't the import option show up on my music page on Instagram?

Hi - If I wanted to do a story and then import a voice recording over a still for a story, and then do the "captions" over my voice recording so that I am looking at a still, hearing my voice, and seeing the words appear as captions to my voice, how would I do that? In other words, how would I do this over a still image since the about of time it allows me to add an important voice track is very short. Does that make any sense? And thanks!
