It's not copy it's a remake they have scenes are directly the same as DOTS, and the only reasons you're able to see differences is because they're trying to make 2 hours out of a 45 minute Korean drama. I don't know why this is an argument I've watched both dramas and this is a remake, there are many Turkish dramas that are remake of other shows it doesn't make the Turkish drama any less good.

Yall this series is nothing like descendants of the sun. The only thing that's the same about this show is that the Male lead is a soldier and the Female Lead a doctor. Other than that, nothing of this reminds me of DOTS, their love story is entirely different and the rest too.
