Hi John, great video, I look forward to watching the rest of this series after this comment. I was just wondering whether the etchings shown during your transitory slides were your own. If not, whose are they? They're gorgeous.
All the works in all of my videos are mine. I'm in the process over the next month or so of redoing and making a new website. There are more etchings as well as paintings and works on paper on the website that is there now. The web address which will be the same is www.johndawsonart.com JOHN DAWSON
John, these are all wonderful methods. Thank You! On # 7 plate to plate technique a question? your key plate has been etched? yes? but has it also had some stopout put on it? i didn't understand the blank spaces. thank you
Yes the key plate already had an image been etched, partly done. The stop out could be added before or after the plate ink transfer, but before probably would work best. JOHN
