Tip do not move at the part where you get the key because that guy is the claw man if your crouching then if you go where the part where all the chair at you will notice claw man is not here hope this helped:)

fun fact: if you crouch while getting the key, clqwman will end up not appearing because you didnt trigger his cutscene.
