Hello there. I love the kickstand of the case you recommended but there is something that's important to me: can the phone with the case on lie flat-I mean no wobble whatsoever when I put it on a table or any at surface? As I have always wanted to look for phone cases that offer kickstands while still allows to armored phone to lie flat on tables. Spigen tough armors are good but they don't allow the phone to stand up vertically like this case did as shown in the video.Thank you.

Would you say the sides have a rubbery feel or like a hard plastic? What about the back?
So, to me, it's like a hard rubber. I think technically it is TPU. It definitely bounces. I have dropped my phone 3-5 times from chest/stomach height. And been nervous picking it off the floor. And the Heavy-Duty case has done great.

Putting on the revolution case on s10 is easy but removing it is so difficult to an extent it feels like it is going to break the glass back. Very very difficult to remove the case once it is on.
Do you know how to take off the screen protecter on the poetic revolution case?
I don't think the revolution cases for the S10 have a screen protector, due to the screen fingerprint sensor?

@@someguy-gl1pz unfortunately I don't know about the A50. I personally don't like the cases that come with a built-in screen protector, and wouldn't buy one. They all eventually look terrible from scratches. But, especially for phones with screen fingerprint sensor. If you already bought it, then I would return it. You could try removing it by cutting it out, however not sure how safe that is for you to do. Or if it will leave sharp edges along the edge..
How do you get the phone out it hard as hell
Yes it is. But there should be a little nail-nick, bottom right corner. Between the plastic face/frame and rubber bumper part. Start at that corner and Pry the rubber bumper off first. Work your way around the bottom part first. Once you have the bottom layer off, the. Move up both sides.
I have this case its sweet. I have the s10 g5 the buttons are lower so is easy to find and press.

Can you tell me if I am able to install a wireless charger for my Samsung A20 and be able to use my Poetic phone case??
Not sure what you mean by "install" a wireless charger. Both Poetic cases work with my Samsung S10 and all my wireless charging pads around my house.
@@TechLeatherCraft The A20 doesn't have built-in wireless charging. You have to use an addon/third party external piece of equipment to get that capability.
@@Lonewolfmike oh, I'm not sure. If the add-on is strong as the normal built-in one it should work. The clear back case is fairly thin on the back, so that's what I would suggest first.
@@TechLeatherCraft I already have the one with the kickstand so I will just have to see if I get a reply from Poetic about it.

That's rough. Just randomly or after a drop? With the heavy duty case or the see-thru style case?
@@TechLeatherCraft nope not a drop i was unloading something off my truck and i guess i put to much pressure with my leg (since it was heavy and my phone was there) and i heard a crack and it cracked the whole glass. Im just lucky it wasn't the screen.
@@112188Francisco That sucks. Yeah, the issue with polycarbonate/plastic and silicone/rubber cases... (all cases) they will flex. And take up the impact... Good for drops but not good if persistent force is applied to it.
