I know someone who has MS whose much younger than Iman and certainly not taking heroin but the disease is degenerative and extremely tiring and exhausting on your mind and body. It's quite painful. Even doctors don't diagnose or deny the diagnosis of a patient by looking at random people on a screen but you seem to be an expert on heroin and alcohol to accuse everyone of being high.
