It’s a pretty powerful tool once you set it up. Takes some work (and I’m still working on it!) but it’s been such a great dumping site for my thoughts, and then a great organiser of these thoughts. LOVE it! Thanks for helping me understand it a little better 🙂
Hi Clare, always fantastic! I would like a template (if possible) on creating a central hub. How to link all the separate databases so they can talk to each other etc. That would be so helpful!
This is literally MY DREAM to have everything in one place and the databases talk to each other but damn girl you are so advanced and clearly a productivity master! No wonder you're so successful. LOVE IT! Keep sharing. My team and I currently use Asana but it feels like it's missing the point. Is it worth switching to Notion if you have a team? I'm an interior designer and a coach so I'm running two businesses. My head feels often like it might explode that I'd reverted to a paper planner :) ... sidebar, I suggested you to Adrian Ramsay for his podcast... if that's up your alley! In case he reaches out.
Yes you can definitely use Notion with a team - it's great for that as everyone can then be assigned tasks from within your databases and you'll be on top of the workflow across both your businesses. I used to use Asana as well but Notion is next level to that - so much more you can do with it. Thank you for the recommendation with the podcast as well :)
I'd love to know more about what content you have for your "team" in Notion. Also, I know you don't do "interior design" projects anymore but I could really benefit from seeing how you would set up something in Notion to assist in this industry.

you can definitely use it with teams but you can't do that with the free Notion option. To use with teams you'll need a paid Notion account - so that's all I meant! :)

Just curious what the starting point is for this as it’s my biggest downfall, not planning well enough and then I loose focus. Thank you
Yes the master task list is a database and lots of things come off that. I'm considering building a Notion template that's based on my system for others to use as I get lots of questions about how to put it together :) Thanks for watching the video!
