Hi guys! It's so rad to be hitting up Final Fantasy VI's soundtrack once again! As much as I love VII's music and I've been jamming on it a lot recently, VI to me has such a metal-as-heck soundtrack that gets so epic when you play it in this genre.
This theme is a kick ass boss battle theme that it was time to whip out some shred. The leads were super challenging to learn and record; especially considering how chill my last few covers have been speed-wise. It was great to get my chops back into shape!

99% of midi pitch-knob effects were awful, but this was one if the few exceptions. It would have been so easy to "flatten out" everything, but you captured it perfectly. Really amazed at how you consistently grab what made the originals so memorable while still making bit your own.
