I teach public school: I need 5 minutes for introductory activities, 15 minutes for group lessons, 10 minutes for wrap up, etc. It helps the kids (and me) be able to work knowing that there is an end in sight and not to panic or get stressed.

maybe lower your volume, pause the timer when it gets to 5/10 seconds, could've done any of those things, so stop hating and haters never produce a good feeling so get outta here gurl
