I use a hot compress but what happens when i have no microwave to warm it up... this friggin is gonna save my life.. even at the office - i dont wanna be the guy who is microwaving eye compress all damn day... this is perfect. one thing i was wondering was do you have an idea on the max heat temperature? there is a certain heat temperature that needs to be reached in order for some weird tear glands to become unclogged, and a lot of amazon products are wack and are not very warm. i guess its hard to say because every patient has a different heat capacity/threshold for their glands.
