As she explains in an interview, at the beginning it was "I'm going to kill myself" that she had written, but she changed the word for "I'm going to bed" because she is afraid of pushing people to commit suicide because this song is about that ^^

Yes, indeed, they came from a "Renault" (that's the name of the brand) French car factory, actually, if I can remember well, and they used to wield big metal pieces together. The programmer only had the replace the wielding end with the mask, equipped with light & camera eyes. There's another moment in the same show when there are not 2 but 5 robots dancing together, first to classical music, but it suddenly turns into sick electro beats, then their eyes change colors for a crazy laser light show. Simply amazing ! Love from southern France.
Just know that this light song is actually talking about suicide...
Surely one of Myene's absolute choreographic highlights ! The "dancing" of the AI robots is truly unique, never have seen anything like this before... and even after this. Also try out "Interlude des robots" from that same concert... also fascinating ! Best wishes from Germany : Gerry

Yes it's about suicide. She says in the chorus "it's a beautiful day, I'm going to bed". The first version she wrote was "it's a beautiful day, I'm gonna kill myself." But she changed it because she didn't want to encourage people to commit suicide, especially fragile and young people. As for the robots, each one costs 1 million euros and she had 6 of them, so you can guess the budget she has for a show like that.
They didn't cost 1 million euro are you crazy ? If I remember they spoke about 50 000.

J'imagine que tu es francaise. Tu sais bien que pas mal lui en veulent de ne pas faire partie du showbiz et d'avoir un public jeune pis d'emoustiller les vieux
Elle a dompté la télé et ils savent qu'ils marchent sur des oeufs avec elle et ne doivent pas aborder sa vie privée ni les sujets d'actualité.
Comme elle s'est faite rare dès l'instant ou sa carriere a décollé et utilisé le clip comme support à cet effet, chacun attend d'avoir droit a la promo et le journaliste qui la recoit flippe.
De plus, tu noteras que les paparazzi ne l'ont jamais cherchée, car il se passe peu de choses et que ca se passerait peut etre pas bien apres publication.
Apres , qu'elle fasse , du "sexué" , elle a fait le choix. Elle avait les moyens , elle voulait frapper fort et c'etait de son age.
Note que savoir que la chanson parle d'une jeune fille qui a pris une terrible décision , sa se devine pas.
Il faut lire et relire pour trouver des choses étranges dans le texte diffusé.

Hard to believe this song is already 20 years old, I remember it being released to promote her greatest hits Les Mots album in 2001, that's the album that made me her fan! Why not revisit her first tour from 1989, this is her most theatrical one?

In france , everyone knows Mylene is very special and fragile about life. She explane sometimes she was probably not here anymore if she hadn't the chance to have such a carreer. Even many many people loves her, sometimes, she feels really empty.
On this song, at first she writed "It's a good day , but I will kill me" . It was very hard and she replaced by "It's a good day, but I go to bed".
She understood (of course !) she could'nt use the first version.
In fact , it is difficult to understand that the girl singing in happyness , is happy because she has decided it was her last day.
There are some worlds in the text meaning there is a big problem in fact.
You listen the song , you are happy, a Mylene happy song ... You really listen many times. You say, "How can I be so stupid ?".
The message is for parents.
