New to your Channel and it’s such a Blessing to find you. I started my RUclips Channel almost 2 years ago. It’s so encouraging when I can find a fellow Christian. Your Grandpa is the cutest and what a sweet gift he gave you. Love your channel and I’m excited to watch some more! God Bless! 💜
Beautiful message Cara thank you. I'm inactive from my church at the moment, so hearing your beautiful testimony really touch me. I think I'm going to try making some fruit butters for Christmas presents 🎁 😊. Thank you sweetheart xjx
Aww thank you, I am so glad you found some comfort in it. The Bible is defiantly my go to stress reliever. God always knows just what to say when I need it most. Fruit butters for Christmas presents sounds like a great idea! :) -Cara
Grandpas are the best! I surprise myself with how much I can get done too haha. A baby carrier and giving the kids their own "tasks, like washing" does help get things done. A lot of the bulk of the "work" is done during nap time and after bed times I will say though. -Cara
Pear butter sounds awesome! I have only ever had apple butter before, I did not know you could use other types of fruit to make butter like applebutter.
Thankfully I made just enough last year that I still have a couple jars on the self. I should really make some more for this coming year too. That is on the to do list haha -Cara
I’m in town taking an ice cream break but I had to stop halfway in your video to say thank you for sharing your testimony! You are so right-knowing Jesus as our Savior is the absolute most important thing! I too am so thankful for the free gift of salvation through Him! I pray that many will open their hearts to The Savior through your sweet testimony. Love, Bobbi
Thank you Bobbi for your words of encouragement. I am very grateful for my salvation and I want to do whatever I can to share that joy and peace with others. -Cara
Wonderful your grandpa gave you so much fruit. You are set on vitamin C!😁🧡🍎 I absolutely love apple butter! Never figured out why they call it butter tho, lol. However my grandpa used to slather it atop his butter bread!😁 Oh and then he'd dip it into his coffee, haha! He's still kicking at 86, too. ❤ Dinner looked yummy. Have a blessed week.😊🧡🍁🍂
My grandpa who delivered the apples just turned 86 as well :) I love apple butter on buttered bread, it sooo good. We just ate a whole loaf in one sitting for dinner last night with some autumn squash soup. It was very yummy. -Cara
I’m sorry, please don’t take this as a negative comment. But could you maybe consider muting the sound when mixing with a metal ladle? I wanted to listen to what you were saying, but couldn’t because of the sound of metal scratching. I’m sorry to bother you. I really enjoy your videos! I loved the watermelon harvest video from last year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful homestead, especially the flowers ❤️
It’s beautiful of you to share your faith. I’d like to counter your thoughts on heaven and hell going. There is no mention of an “immortal soul” anywhere in the bible. Likewise, the translation of the Hebrew word hell simply means covered ground. But the bible talks of a resurrection of faithful people. Abraham died in faith not having received the promise because he is going to receive it at the coming of Jesus. Look at beautiful Israel and the hatred the world has of them right now. The bible tells us it will be so in the days before Jesus returns to Earth. Even so come, Lord Jesus
Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion. ζωὴν (zōēn) is the Greek word used for life in John 3:36, which means "Life, both of physical (present) and of spiritual (particularly future) existence. From zao; life." αἰώνιον (aiōnion) is the original Greek translation for the word for eternal in the verse which translates to "perpetual". (The new testament was originally written mainly in Koine Greek. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew. ) John 3:36 say, "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them." I do not know all the answers, but I do love learning about the original greek and Hebrew translations and the historical context of the time everything was written as well. I have visited Israel in the past and it does break my heart to see suffering. I hope this helps shed some light on where my beliefs come from. -Cara

wow lots of them great!
Yes my grandpa was very generous!
Grandpas are wonderful! I'm amazed at how much you can get done in the kitchen, especially with the little ones "helping"...❤️ Thanks Cara 🎃👍

Pear butter sounds awesome! I have only ever had apple butter before, I did not know you could use other types of fruit to make butter like applebutter.
I believe you can even make “apple type” butter with other fruits too 😊
Your testimony is priceless. My (at that time) 16 year old daughter led me to Christ. I shall never forget that moment so many years ago.
What a wonderful blessing and bond to have with your daughter! -Cara
Your grandpa is adorable 🥰. God bless our elders.

Thank you! I really appreciate the kind words :) -Cara
I made a very similar dinner last night. I used a jar of home canned salsa and black beans with penne pasta.
Yum!! That sounds so good :) -Cara
It looks delicious. I canned so much applesauce. Last year I ran out in no time. I hope I made enough this time lol
Thankfully I made just enough last year that I still have a couple jars on the self. I should really make some more for this coming year too. That is on the to do list haha -Cara

I am so glad that you were encouraged by it! I definitely will continue to be open about what I believe in future videos too 🙂🧡-Cara
Amen 🙏 🙏

😊😊
I remember making apple butter and pear butter. Good times. Don't have the time these days, nor could I eat much of it, too much sugars for me. 💖💖💖
It is pretty delicious! The crock pot method is really a life saving in terms of time commitment, but it still pretty time consuming to make. -Cara
Time flies! It’s been an year since your last apple preservation video!
It really does, it seemed like it was a few months ago not a whole year haha
