I was born 3 blocks from this mansion. I can't believe it was built for $60,000 in the day. That would be a little over a million in today's value of 2022. Construction on the mansion began in 1890 and was completed in 1896. I only drove past it when I live there. I left Sharon in 1972. I have played golf at Mr. Buhl's golf course. The locals call it Dum Dum Golf Course. Don't know why though.

My family lives in Sharon. This was when it was still shut down due to Covid so we couldn’t tour it. 💁🏼‍♀️
