It’s definitely above the average east side new homes as far as building cost goes. For custom homes, theres really no standard in terms of price being reasonable or not. Building is simple math, you get what you pay for. The more input you have towards the property, the pricier it will be.

每個人既 case 都唔一樣,租金收入會計落家庭收入。要睇你家庭收入係幾多,之後再去返相應既 tax bracket。真係要做的話都建議搵返個專業嘅會計,幫你去盡可能慳稅同 write off expenses。地稅就人人都要交。
