This trade inspired me! I put it on with a 33 Delta using 3 short 37 puts and 1 long 40 put for Apr 21. Got filled at 2.46 and hoping to make Tony proud!
Tony, Love what you guys do!! Please explain again how you can make more than the credit received on a ratio spread? Been doing credit spreads for some time and my brain is tuned to selling spreads is limited to the credit received.
You are long the 52/50 put spread 1 time - that could go to 2.00$ credit and you did the whole trade 52/50 for 1.00$ credit = 3.00$ credit, assuming stock closes right at 50$ (which is unreasonable) at expiration

Hey Tony, appreciate the explanation between different strategies. With KRE continuing to move lower how are you managing this position, close early? Sell a couple of Calls? Bad? THE Worse timing. Vol expanding and more downside action. Not good for this trade. You can sell up to 2 calls (no extra BP needed) with 30 ish delta that would make you delta neutral (stock at 52) but I am gonna sit. Out about 2.00

Selling up to two calls would be one play to reduce risk if the stock continues lower.

@tonybattista6335 - Do you have any guidelines to determine the quantity? Like when to do a 1x2, 1x3, 2x3, etc...?
I like to be at least 2$ wide with 1$ in credit and no bigger ratio than 1:3 on a stock under 100$
