My ex and I went to Disney for our honeymoon and we were waiting in line for soarin and the second The father of the bride score hit I burst into tears because that was the first time since my dad passed that I could feel him there with me. Soarin was one of his favorite rides.
I was just at Disney Orlando last week with my family. First day there we journeyed from the Polynesian to Epcot, and I had a horrible migraine. I was miserable and just wanted to sit in the hotel with the lights off. Our first ride was Soarin' and as we stood in the queue, I was struck by how beautiful the music was. My daughter knew I was feeling bad and came to hold my hand just as the theme that plays at 8:24 began. Listening to it now takes me right back. Special moment.
Thank you for this! I loved the Queue music for Soarin’ My dad passed away two years ago and he loves to fly (former pilot) and all I could think when I was on the ride was how much he would have loved it!
As a movie score lover. I love being on line here and marking out to "I KNOW THIS. It's The Boy Who Could Fly" or "Why is Father of the Bride in this line?!" :)
I thought I was crazy! When I was in line for this ride I could have SWORN that the music was from "Father of the Bride"! It turns out I WASN'T insane! 19:07-19:58 ("Main Title") IS music from that movie (for which Alan Silvestri composed the music).
Thanks so much for doing this! I LOVE hearing all the selections and putting names to all of them! I'm a music teacher and I've actually used this compilation at passing time between classes to set the "tone" for class. I have an addition for you. 4:17-5:13 is DEFINITELY the Battlestar Galactica Main Theme! I've noticed it many times while standing in the queue! 😃
It’s funny. Thousands of people are unaware of where the Soarin ambience is coming from. My love of film scores make me point out specific tracks. I’m on one time and I hear music from Dave (1993). The next time I go on, I hear “The Land Race” track from Far and Away (1992).
Last time I was waiting in line on this ride I heard this song & shouted out loud "ROCKETEER TO THE RESCUE!" I don't care what people think, I love that movie & I gotta say that line at the correct moment.
I love this playlist and I couldn't find it for the longest. It's been a long time since I've heard it. Is there still a listing of all the movements and what movies they're from? I love that
@@TheDisneyNation at 52:35 is The Theme from Emma, by Rachel Portman. Just in case you want to add that in your notes. I only know because I liked the theme and wondered what it was. Thank you for putting this compilation up for us to enjoy. Happy New Year.
I was standing in line and heard a portion of this that sounded vaguely familiar. Took me a little bit to track it down, but compare from 4:19 of this track against the original theme from ruclips.net/video/pHp9oZPqs8E/видео.html about :26 seconds in. Very similar.
It is the end titles from Dave by James Newton Howard. See and hear this version ruclips.net/video/Tm5fcLgN9r0/видео.html with titles listed on screen as they play.
I see that it does list it as dave end titles in the other version but then I found the movie dave on youtube and it is not at all in the end titles. I also listened to a suite of Dave and it wasn't in there either. It is driving me crazy because I know I have heard the song at 46:00 but I haven't even seen Dave before watching parts of it today.

Great moment. Yes indeed, I’ve always loved this attraction and queue music
Some of the best music in the parks
COOL!!!!😂
someone else had this loop up, got copyrighted. bless you for having it. best music loop.
5:14 Air Force One - I love that score!
I knew Last Starfighter was playing on this ride all this time!!!! OMG confirmation...I am a kid again! Yes!
one of the best rides at Epcot.
Thank you for this! I loved the Queue music for Soarin’ My dad passed away two years ago and he loves to fly (former pilot) and all I could think when I was on the ride was how much he would have loved it!
*loved to fly
28:07 such a great scene from Apollo 13 (the splashdown), and a great piece of music to accompany it!
right on the $$
As a movie score lover. I love being on line here and marking out to "I KNOW THIS. It's The Boy Who Could Fly" or "Why is Father of the Bride in this line?!" :)
4:18 - Theme from Battlestar Galactica. Awesome!
Soarin has the best soundtrack, hands down! Makes me homesick for Disney. Looks like it’s time to start planning my next trip!
I agree. Best queue music hands down. I have been known to let others go ahead of me in the standby line so I can wait longer.
Sometimes if you catch the right song, it makes you feel like you are in a barn or airfield in the 1930s on a lazy day.
This truly is a treat for movie score lovers and especially for Disney fans! So uplifting! No pun intended.
34:58 also plays at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, it threw me for a loop hearing it there the other day💀
Love that they include "Yeager's Triumph" The Right Stuff.
50:38 the transition from Far and Away to Explorers is so good

I always thought that too!!! Glad to finally have an answer :)
I know the beginning music is from an old movie called "explorers".....I would bet my money on it
I remember that one time they played the music from the launch scene of "Apollo 13" in the Soarin' queue.
Just makes me miss Disney World. Hope to go back this year. 5 years is long enough since my last trip! XD
Music of hope and dreams!
0:21 Jerry Goldsmith's Explorers OST is beyond imagination!!

5:15 Air Force One
I never thought they would include the Splashdown song from Apollo 13
Suddenly BATTLESTAR GALACTICA!? LOL that's amazing.
I love the Ride Soarin so much and also test track 😍😍
About 32 minutes in is music from the score of the movie Always, which is stunningly beautiful.
Loved the ride
nice. Soarin' probably has the best que music.
This is amazing
I can’t believe I never realized the Father of The Bride music in the Soarin queue before!!

Great music and attraction
13:56 Rescuers Down Under ♥
Someday I will be there to ride Dumbo. A ride I have always wanted to ride. Ever since I was a child.
The third theatre was such a good decision by Disney - also it's not super hard to get a FP+ any more on the day with a little refreshing ;)
54:00 is the Rocketeer by James Horner :)
Last time I was waiting in line on this ride I heard this song & shouted out loud "ROCKETEER TO THE RESCUE!" I don't care what people think, I love that movie & I gotta say that line at the correct moment.
@@indyclonejr Um, HECK YES :) great movie and best soundtrack ever
I think the owner had to remove that part from the video. That stinks!
Love the film sources in the line
Bring me back to my precious days of my CP
Did you work at Soarin??
I had to do a double take at 37:00 when I was in line. The flight part from Hook.
21:57 is from Apollo 13
I thought so! Thats why I came to find this video!
My Favorite Part at 01:01:14. 😊
Band of Brothers the D-Day flight.
Love the music!!!!
I remember sitting with my dad telling him they are playing the theme to "Band of Brothers" in the background. He looking at me surprised.
Fantastic music, fantastic ride shame about the bent Eiffel tower!
25:57 love this part
Does anyone know what theme starts at 1:03:30? It sounds soooo familiar
This was from Far and Away - Song is The Land Race by John Williams
It's now at 1:01:14
I love this playlist and I couldn't find it for the longest. It's been a long time since I've heard it. Is there still a listing of all the movements and what movies they're from? I love that

I liked the old one. It had all the names of the music on it.
This is not a new one - this is the same one. Click on "more" at the top to see the list of songs.
0:22 Where is the music from I’ve heard it before and I can’t stop singing to it
ruclips.net/video/6t1zwXdmDnM/видео.html
21:55 with the Apollo 13 music
I thought 37:06 was Donkey Kong Country 2, but it is the movie Hook
And 43 minutes in is from Field of Dreams.
Anyone else notice the music from Explorers and Contact?
Does anyone know the music for the part of the queue in Epcot where you pass the pictures with the interactive land based games?
This is the entire soundtrack for the whole queue including the interactive game area.
5:15 Air Force One the movie

It's from an old movie called "explorers" about some kids that made a spaceship from a tilt-a-whirl.
Does anyone have the full playlist for this video?
It is posted here.
35:00 isn't that from Hook?
What is 46:00 from?
Anthony Tate There is no song listed for 46:00 min. Thanks though.
It is the end titles from Dave by James Newton Howard.

There's a one-minute gap that has music but no title. Weird.
@@rachelsewell7026 Its the theme from Arachnophobia
what dumbo special edition music trailer is it?
👍🏻
14:23
Anyone know where 9:34 is from?
The Trees - Jerry Goldsmith
5:15 Trump anthem.
I’ll enjoy it better if it’s played for his walk into prison.
